« Comfortable 2BR in a super location. We walked to everything and having the Sipping Cow downstairs for breakfast and early coffee was a bonus. Owner of restaurant was amazing. »

« The location is fantastic. Walking distance to bars, shopping, grocery, restaurants. Beach bikes included and were in great shape. Nice pool. Not a lot of space for wet towels and suits. Bedroom is as you enter the unit-threw me off a bit. »

« This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

« The unit was nicely updated. The bikes were at the unit when we arrived. The beach wagon and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the ice machine. Outstanding response by the property mgt group- It was addressed the same day. I would stay here again. »

« We have stayed at Beachside Tennis previously but had not been back since 2008. Our stay was wonderful and everything about our stay from booking, communication, check in process and description of the property was seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much. All amenities for cooking, towels and chairs for the beach were provided. The Pickleball courts just down the street from the property were also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back! »

« Communication with host was great! Location to the beach very convenient. Quite spacious. Close to stores and restaurants. Cons...smelled and felt very musty. cleaners left the kitchen counter with some kind of small oil slick on it. Twin beds squeak loudly. Floors throughout house squeak also. Very few amenities. »

« This one bedroom condo location is terrific. Walk to Harbor Town in the evenings, walk to Giuseppe’s Pizza at Sea Pines Center, quick bike ride to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and an easy car drive to the Beach Club or out the Greenwood Gate for groceries! Nice to rent from an owner instead of a rental company: Small things like decent bath towels, Kleenex, good toilet paper and misc. kitchen supplies if needed. A nice surprise was the large bedroom closet. The mattress is always a...
