There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected. »

« We had a short getaway for my wife’s 50th birthday. We met up with our son for a 36 hour celebration. Close proximity to the trolly route makes this location very convenient for site seeing. We sat on the porch, walked to Forthsyth Park, and experienced the best of Savanna. »

« This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year! »

The original allure was that it had its own parking space. A special commadity downtown!!! Bed is comfy. Cute sitting area for watching tv. Kitchen if ya wanna cook (but why would ya?! « The accommodations were clean and exactly as described, which is adorable and perfect. The communication with management was excellent… Definitely above average. Location is terrific. The only aspect to be aware of is the street noise because of its great location. Not people noise… Just traffic. Not a deterrent from staying there. Just a suggestion to possibly bring a noisemaker to sleep if you’re not heavy sleeper. Not a big deal though. Truly a wonderful place to stay. »

« We came to Tybee Island for a short getaway with some friends. The condo had everything we needed (plus more). The beach was right down the road and we were able to use a provided wagon which was extremely helpful! There were plenty of restaurants (including an ice cream shop!!) within walking distance.
