« We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight. »

« We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect, close to great golf courses (Raven, Biltmore and Orange Tree), restaurants and lots of amenities close by. The property and communication with the host was top notch, would recommend for your trip to Phoenix! »

« It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. »

« Beautiful little condo Comfortable bed and clean, soft sheets 2 televisions with lots of stations, Netflix, etc... Good wifi Floors a little dirty when we arrived. We took a shower, and after walking for a few moments, our feet were dirty. Difficult to see because of the ceramic floor, but it showed that we should have mopped it before our arrival. Same thing for the outdoor furniture....given that the place is small, there is no kitchen table for eating inside, only the kitchen counter, which...

« We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again. »

« Only down side was the half bath smelled like sewer. Another guest thought they booked same site. Customer service straightened put quickly »
