And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out »

« This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience. »
