« Quiet hotel, only a few miles away from NOVI Suburban Collection Showplace, where we had our meetings. Welcoming people, comfortable rooms. L Georges Coney Island, a good family restaurant for breakfast, is only 100 yards away from the hotel. Other fast food restaurants also available in the nearby. »

« It was ok. Not a great first impression as there is a big sign saying no smoking but the reception smells like cold tobacco. Then the reception person was not very welcoming and looked like she wanted to go back to her talk with her friend. The bedroom was ok. The bed was nice and clean, but there was some hair on the towels and the floor was sticky in some spots. « 2 adults and a 12 year old. We had reserved a double room but told on arrival that there was an issue so they transfered us to a suite with a king and pull out. The pull out was dirty and the matress so thin that I guess sleeping in it would result in some sort of injury. So we shared the king (that was confortable). « The tub was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, my tv did not work and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. However the front office staff was very nice when I checked in and checked out. I give the room a 6 out of 10 stars. »

« I was in town for a wedding and was looking for a qhick place to stay. I found a good deal and overall it was fine, but there were a few cosmetic issues: dust on the outside of heater and lampstand, paneling on bathroom door was coming off at the bottom (looked like from moisture), bathroom ceiling had questionable marks on it. I wasn't in the room for more than 14 hours or so, so it was fine. One thing I definitely appreciated was the well-lit parking lot when I returned in the evening. »
