« The Wiltshire hasn't gone downhill in the last two years, it's fallen off a cliff. It's always been in need of modernisation, but this stay it felt dilapidated. Holes in carpets, creaking floors, clunky doors and missing paint/wallpaper. But the main problem was the service.
