Great location near airport - walking distance. Unfortunately, except for the restaurant hostess I didn't see a lot of employees smilling and didn't feel as welcome as i am suppose to be in a Hilton Hotel.

We've stayed in a family room before, and so we knew it'd be a squeeze and it was! But this time the curtains were tatty, hanging off on the edges, so the room felt a little tired. The big issue for us though - and we were really surprised by this: we happened to be down in the lobby at 11am on 11th November - remembrance day. I know at the airport they observed the 2 mins silence, we were genuinely shocked and a little upset that at the hotel, it was just business as usual. They didn't even turn off the music, and everyone, staff and guests, carried on regardless. I didn't complain as what's the point. But did find this very unacceptable.

Très bin choix
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Stansted et nous avons été largement satisfait. Hôtel accessible à pied en 5mn et très bien indiqué. Tout le chemin d'accès est couvert donc même par temps de pluie c'est pas gênant de marcher 5mn L'accueil est sympathique. 3 ascenseurs pour accéder aux étages, sécurisés par le badge de la chambre Petit déjeuner inclus, à volonté et avec beaucoup de choix. Il ouvre le matin à 4h ce qui a permis de déjeuner avant notre décollage à 6h Nous avions une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes. Le grand lit très confortable. Le canapé lit pour les enfants un peu moins et surtout très grinçant Je recommande

Courte nuit pour prendre l'avion. Hotel bien placé coté départ et avec un petit déjeuner servi dès 4h du matin. Idéal pour un vol matinal et une dernière nuit à Londres. Accès à pied depuis l'aéroport de London Stansted.

The place itself is as close to perfection as it is possible to find. However, the quality of service was severely lacking on my stay; a non-functioning TV remote took so long to replace, I gave up and went for a walk around the airport terminal, leaving firm instructions at reception to deal with it before I got back. Sitting waiting to be served for food was a waste of time, and I simply gave up. Reception was generally good, though

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est !
Très très cher par rapport à ce que c’est ! Même type de chambre que chez Ibis par exemple pour 150 € au lieu de50€ chez Ibis. Certes, le petit dej est compris, mais ça fait cher le petit déjeuner à 100€ pour 2 !!! On paye juste l’emplacement en fait, accessible à pied depuis l’aéroport quand on n’a pas d’autre choix.

Vastly overpriced in the basic rooms. Bed far from comfortable, had a lot better at premier inn. Rm 251, the bathroom was clean but needs a lot of attention, cracked basin, mouldy shower tray silicon, hair in the shower tray…Long hair. Food….not great I. The main restaurant at night. Limited and not that fresh. Paying £125 a room a night, thinking it would be more comfy. We only did to reduce travel to and from Airport.

Very convenient for the airport. We stayed overnight as had a very early flight out the next morning and it’s only a 5min walk under a covered walkway. The hotel itself is “well loved” or perhaps “well used” is a better term. So it’s all a bit tired and beat up and the room seemed quite dirty and had a strong smell of a damp unclean rag.

Room was generally very clean. Bed side lights and the back of the bathroom door were thick with dust. The restaurant kitchen must have the largest bank of deep fat fryers and microwaves in the UK. Everything offered was deep fried or obviously microwavable. Basically if you are under 20, eat regularly at Macdonalds or similar youll love it. I'd not stay here again because of the restaurant. Youre isolated and have no other choices. So a nice steak or fresh fish would have been nice.
