Good Morning,Thank you for your feedback, St Ives is quite a hilly area and is not always suitable for those with less abled mobility, so it is always a good idea when travelling to check on google to see what the area that you are visiting is like before your travel. Good afternoon Julie, Thank you for your feedback,We are sorry that your view of the sea was blocked by tree's on the other side of the road, we have asked Cornwall council on several occasions about the trees and of felling them, however this is the responsibility of the local authority.You have not been mis sold a superior bedroom, you were allocated into a superior room as that is what you had booked with us. I will mention to our head Housekeeper of your feedback, and we are sorry that you found your room to be less than satisfactory.
