Lovely place!
Extremely friendly reception. The room was very clean and smelled like orchids. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend Eden's Rest. Every detail is perfect. My wife and I will be back soon.

The property and facilities within were immaculate. Cleanliness was 5-star as was the food and service. Of all the places we have stayed away, this was far by the best experience. Would highly recommend.

Lovely B&B hidden away...
Located in Bugle. Easy drive to all attractions. Bungalow with 2 rooms, one en suite. Room had everything you need, including tea making facilities, topped up everyday, tv, fan etc. Access to gorgeous garden and daily FULL breakfast ( cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and hot choices)in conservatory. Also, lounge room with tv comfortable sofas etc. at front. Ian is a very obliging owner and couldn't do enough. Helped us set up for takeaways and gave us use of cutlery etc, even warmed up plates!! Daily cleaning. Beds comfortable. Shower excellent- very powerful. En suite small but functional and cleaned daily. Heated towel rail, and towels freshened daily. Ian has 2 lovely small,older dogs- no bother at all - friendly and mostly quiet. Ian would have restricted them if we wanted, but we were happy with them. Owner has good knowledge of main attractions and local area. All in all a good stay and very personable host.

A beautiful place to stay.
Ian gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. He supplied a very informative folder with everything you needed to know, including great places to eat. The breakfast was amazing. A very relaxing comfortable stay, room was superb abd a lovely en-suite. Thank you so much Isn and Wayne fir letting us stay in your beautiful home, as,well as sitting in the lounge and beautiful garden. We had a wondercul time.

We had been travelling the UK, over the previous three weeks, and I can honestly say that this was the best place by far. Ian would leave no stone unturned to make you feel at home like one of the family.

Hospitality at its best
The BnB was brilliant, in a quiet location, and Ian was an excellent host who was very accommodating and welcoming, and provided us plates/cutlery to dine in a few days, spoilt us with a variety of fabulous cooked breakfast every day, and provided us with travel tips and recommended places to visit. He even provided us with a blanket to take to the minack theatre for an evening show. The property has very beautiful garden to relax in. Good location to visit many sights and for the Airport.

Edens rest is like a home from home.We were given a warm reception when we arrived and nothing was to much trouble during how stay. Ian is a very good host and cooks a really good breakfast,his two dogs Alfie and sky are adorable.Would definitely stay there again 5stars Pete and Heather

Our stay was very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Ian's breakfast were amazing! Keeping us full for the day. Ian went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! It was like being at home. Definitely recommend.

Ian who runs the guest house is a fantastic host. The rooms and gardens are immaculate. The breakfast is excellent, and if you need advice on any of your daily trips Ian will give advice on his knowledge of the area. All our expectations were covered down to the finest details. We stayed for a week and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Ian.

Ian couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating, location is lovely as it’s quiet but near enough to places so you don’t have to drive too far. Breakfast was lovely every morning and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be looking at staying again.

Lovely place and very friendly host. Ian has been very nice, welcoming and kind. The room was clean, with a nice non pretentious character. It was small but comfortable, same as the bathroom: small but clean, functional and with a modern shower. Breakfast is excellent and I loved that every night I could chose the breakfast for the following morning, able to vary ingredients and I pleased. Ingredients were always fresh and hot breakfast was delicious. The place is in a very quiet spot, but within easy reach of a good selection of pubs, restaurants and main connections. I loved the list for local restaurants and places where to eat with personal comments and contact details that Ian prepared for the guests. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only downside: the curtains are not proper blackout, so would recommend bringing an eye mask if you fancy sleeping a bit longer during summer mornings.

Welcoming, friendly, super accommodation....
Welcoming friendly, lovely home. Great breakfasts, comfortable bed, spotless throughout. What more could one want? Recommended for anyone who needs to stay in the St Austell area. We will be back whenever we need to visit family in the area. Many thanks Ian!

Everything about Eden's Rest is superb. Excellent service, covid secure and cracking breakfast. Arrived late but was still welcomed with a much needed cup of tea and biscuits. Awesome breakfast, good selection of fruit and cereal but the full english was a real treat. Good location for allmajor cornish attractions. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our week in Cornwall and wished we had booked it for the entire week! Ian couldn't have been more helpful and the accommodation couldn't have been more comfortable. Great place to stay to explore Cornwall!
Eden’s Rest B&B was just perfect for our needs. Ian is a wonderful host, very responsive and respectful. We chose this place because of the central location in Cornwall, and it was away from a larger town - so it was quiet and easily accessible. Bed was fantastic - slept very well. The Rose room was spacious and easy to maneuver around. There also was a very nice sitting area/lounge/TV that we could use, and we did every day. Breakfast also was wonderful, with a nice variety of options.

5 Star visit - Amazing value for money .
Pure luxury, we wanted for nothing and if you needed something as I did ( bottle opener ) Ian was happy and instant with request. The bed and bedding were divine. Sparkling clean and all amenities that you could wish for and more. Definitely going back and looking forward to it. Thankyou Eden's Rest .

Exceptional Bed and Breakfast! Quiet location;clean, welcoming.We stayed in The Rose room, which has everything you need. Very comfortable bed, extra covers, pillows, tea and coffee, water etc.The private bathroom- a few steps down the hall- is the best we have ever had!! A separate walk in shower; big bath, sink, toilet, soft towels, toiletries, and very clean.Ian offers a great choice for breakfast, also offering to meet my gluten and lactose free requirements! A Great stay.Thank you.

We were welcomed with tea, coffee and biscuits, in the lounge, which was available for guests to use. Our room was fabulous with every amenity including a fan to cope with the warm weather. The in room refreshments also included bottled water, lovely biscuits and a chocolate also sachets of hot chocolate and capuccino, as wel as the usual tea and coffee. A pack of local amenites and a tourist pack were also in the room.

Our host Ian was most attentive to our every need. The room and bed clean and inviting. We were encouraged to use the garden setting and the "summer house" which we did. Breakfast was excellent. Overall our experience was a very happy one.

Small but outstanding
This is a small B&B with only two guest rooms but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality. We stayed in the Rose room which (unlike the Orchid) has the slight disadvantage that the bathroom is not en-suite but 5m down the hall. That said the room was large and beautifully appointed with everything you would need, as was the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of choice and Ian, one of the two proprietors, couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he even made us tea and biscuits on arrival - proper service. If we are back in this area we will certainly have Eden’s Rest top of our list for somewhere to stay.

Really nice B&B!
This was a lovely B&B to stay at. The host was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast tasted great and contained a wide choice of options, and the place was clean and nicely decorated! In a good location for visiting the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the nice coastal village of Polperro, among other places.
