Très bon motel près de tout à pieds. Possibilité de se garer dès 13h sur le parking pour pouvoir ensuite visiter la vieille ville à pieds. Très jolie vue.

Bel hôtel rénové au centre ville. La piscine est agréable, le toit terrasse permet de contempler la mer. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Vous parquez votre voiture et visitez la ville à pied.

Love location and the view from deck. Have stayed there twice this year. Frig and freezer work great. Beds ok, linens are great . Will probably stay here again. Parking is limited, so we don't dare take car out later in the day .

We had a great time there. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the location of the property is right in the middle of everything so we walked everywhere.

This is an older motel, but they have done a really nice job of renovating it to be more modern. The spacious shower is a plus, and there are plenty of clean towels. We enjoyed resting on the porch overlooking the harbor after walking around St. Augustine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can buy Trolley tickets right there in the office.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by Karen. She was very pleasant. I was checked in with no problem. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The hotel was on the water and close to everything. I loved it so much I stayed another night.

This motel has amazingly friendly staff! It is right in the heart of shopping, dining, entertainment, and history, very walkable, just park and go! Our only complaint was the coffee, not a k-cup brand I'm familiar with. It tasted more like tea than coffee. YUCK!! Luckily, there's a Starbucks about 2 blocks away!! Great stay, will saty again.

When we arrived we were told room would he ready in an hour. Which was no issue as we came early as parking opened at 1pm. They fave us room tag for car. We went to dinner came back and were told oh we had to switch you rooms some one else needed their room ready faster and you were gone. No issue....until we walked in room. It was never cleaned. Hair was all over sink, counter, and shower. Towels were folded and dirty as well as pillow cases. All soaps and lotion dispensers were empty and 2 tissues were stuffed in box to look full. Also they had double parked 2 cars behind our vehicle so we couldnt get out. Went to alert front desk only to be told its her car and where do we want her to park then? Wait what?! You are asking the guest where you should park?? Then the front door auto lock is beoken to room. No need for a room key just walk in and out as you or anyone else pleases 😆😆 the beds are hard as a rock and you will wake up uncomfortable and wishing for your bed at home! For 379 a night stay elsewhere.

Terrible value for money for such an old 50s-style motel. The room had so much deodorizer spray that we had to open the door and windows, and the best the front desk could do was get us a noisy fan to place in the open door. Terrible night's sleep. The bed was fine but the bed frame had pointed corners that protruded out beyond the mattress -- and easy to hit your shins!! Not nice! There was no food available on the premises, but restaurants were nearby. The only real positive was that we could park the car immediately outside the room. I would not recommend this place.

Parking is tough - not enough spaces for the number of rooms - but owner IS very upfront about it. We felt bathroom - shower specifically - could have been cleaner. Areas of mold just need a shot of bleach. Room itself was very spacious. Lots of storage, comfortable sitting area in room. Comfy bed, lots of pillows. Desk staff was VERY helpful!! Love that there are written recommendations and directions to local breakfast places! Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Nothing like in the photos, which are apparently very carefully staged. My view was of a staircase, walls were cracked with chipped paint, rust on many of the bathroom fixtures, burnt out light bulb, and shower so small I could barely turn around. Could hear every step the people in the room above me took. The door would only lock about half the time when I left. If not paying attention I think you could spend a whole day out with the room unlocked. Would have to fiddle with to get it to lock. Something was wrong with the air conditioning because the room would cool but be super humid. In Florida, I had to open the door and windows to get the humidity out!! Overall, probably worth putting up with for a third of the price, but not what they are charging. I did ask for a new room when I saw the condition but was told no other rooms were available. Great location though if you can get it at a price that reflects the condition.

That sound like you chose one of our 'Standard King' rooms. The description does say that the 'Deluxe King' rooms get extra seating outdoor. We suggest checking the rates across the bridge of lions or further uptown... Some find them more economical.

Good place to stay in town if you intend on walking. Rooms have been updated but have a poor design with the ac unit blowing into a closet wall and returning the cold air back into its self. It had been hot out we would have had a bigger issue.

I liked that it was close to the historic district and the walkability. I did not like that it was relatively noisy with folks upstairs, being backed on to an alley. The bathroom window did not close tightly which allowed noise from the alley to come through. The staff were great! We didn't really have anything to complain about to them since they would not be able to help with the outside noise issues, nor the folks upstairs walking around. They do not have carpet, and I assume that is why more sound carries through.

You can’t beat the location. Old school motel right across from the marina. Close to restaurants, shops. Once you park it’s an easy walk to anything. This was our second stay and we’d stay again. That being said, there are a few basics that could use attention. The towels need an update and upgrade. They’re worn and dingy, but clean. The bathroom could use a deep clean (grout, corners) and the TV in our room didn’t seem to work (no big deal but…). There’s some flashy stuff (smart mirror, blue lighting in the bathroom) but the basics could use some attention.

The location is perfect, we had a 2nd floor room with views of the Lion bridge and Matanzas river was excellent. The seating area on the 2nd floor also offers good people watching but each room has a couple of seats outside. Rooms are spacious and have all been refurbished. We stayed two nights. Great restaurants all easy walking distance. Staff were fantastic especially Jerry.
