« We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The accommodation is not in the middle of the city but in a quieter location, that suited us perfectly. The accommodation borders a long, beautiful beach that leads you to the Surf paradise. Lovely outdoor shower in our cabana. Worked well with the fan mosquito net. Good service with everything from food, bikes, washing clothes. Very nice and accommodating staff. We appreciated the accommodation so much that we chose to book another night. Lungy and nice....

« This is a whole house! 3 bedrooms, 2 twin size beds and 2 queen size beds, and 2 bathrooms. There is even a full kitchen with cooking utensils. The views are amazing! »

« Großartiges Aparthotel. Sehr netter Gastgeber Upul, spricht sehr gut Deutsch, und auch das Hotelpersonal war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige und perfekte Ausgangslage für diverse Touren. Die Villa ist neu, sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer und große Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc. Sollte etwas fehlen oder benötigt werden, einfach sagen. Es wird unmittelbar gebracht bzw. besorgt. Genauso war es mit dem Frühstück...

« The apartment was great, and overall the stay was good, but when I arrived, there was still menstruation trash in my bathroom from the prior guest which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. »

« The information about this hotel was extremely misleading. First of it says has an outdoor pool....there is NO pool!!!! Secondly it advertises FREE airport transfer.....that is also not true. Let me say the family who run the place were lovely & extremely helpful BUT you cannot advertise a pool and free transfer & not provide these things. I think Hotels.com should look at this. Also the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. They also said Wifi but none was available »

« AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! »

« Très bien équipé. Clim partout, télé, WIFI, ... Appartement grand : salon cuisine, buanderie, chambres séparées. Bruit de la route atténué. Piscine sur le toit (9ème) très agréable et en très bon état avec vue sur Colombo. Quartier éloigné du centre (compter 20' de tuk tuk) du Fort, mais pour le même tarif (120 € avec petit dej avec vue sur Colombo) la catégorie est une étoile en dessous et souvent sans petit dej. »

« It could be amazing, but it appears that they have run into some problems. Everything isn’t fully built or in order yet. The manager tried to make us to pay extra outside of Hotels.com by contacting me on whatsapp. When we were leaving, he tried to get us to pay the full bill again, in cash, which we already had paid to Hotels.com when booking. »

« Staying with family and the place is clean and safe, Also the area is main heart of the city which is walkable to MC and near cafe shops, even malls. »

« When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. After 20 minutes of panicking the manager came over and said we did have a booking. If i had not paid upfront i would have walked out NOT HAPPY 😡 »
