« This property is amazing! My husband and I grew up in Indialantic and we brought our grown family and young grandchildren together to enjoy the area and see extended family. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool was perfect! The gates on the pool area and backyard are wonderful especially since we had two one year olds along. The tennis court was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. A wonderful property. »

« The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach. »

« The property had great beach access, plenty of extras for the beach in the room like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards. Unit was spacious. First floor is very easy beach access but doesn't have an ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished. Only issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and the toilet paper was too thin to even take the chance in using. »

« We spent 5 nights here for a trip to the Kennedy space center. The apartment was clean and as the pictures. A great place to stay for a family. The beach which is just through a gate from the property was beautiful. You could see rocket launches from there. I would really recommend staying here if this is an area you want to explore. We would definitely book again. The property mangers were excellent in keeping in contact and following up. »
