« The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. « We needed a place to call home base for a few nights while traveling through CA with our kids to sleep and do laundry. Had no issues at all with the owner/manager or check-in process. There were some essential items missing like toaster, wine opener, and extra blankets but there were items there we weren't expecting like full size shower items. « 1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee! »

« Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. « L'hôtel est magnifique, il est neuf. Tout est très propre. La literie sublime avec un matelas à mémoire de forme et en 2 m de largeur. L'appartement est grand, dressing, lave linge et sèche linge de grande taille et neufs. La perfection va même jusqu'au modulateur de lumière. Sur le toit vous trouverez une piscine assez grande mais d'une profondeur de 3 pieds uniquement, bien pour les enfants. Une salle de sport très bien équipée et assez grande. Et surtout d'un jacuzzi et de grands BBQ à gaz....
