« The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice. »

« Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. »

« 최악의 호텔임. 호텔수준이 아니고 민박수준임. 호텔닷컴의 예약 컨펌도 안됐다고 함. 추운날 가족들과 밖에서 노숙했음. 춥고 배고파 근처 호텔에서 저녁 식사하는데 근처호텔 역시 바가지 요금. 6명이서 43만원 내고 허접한 인도식 먹음.. »
