There was bugs in the room literally no cups no space at all it was dirty in the middle of a estate I’m not happy as the pictures looked good rating 1/10 !!!

It was awful dark outside building made us very nervous as looked derelict on website stated was 1.9 miles from old trafford but was more of 4miles not sure if building is in process of being updated but room wasnt like pictured was awful took pictures as was so shocked

Cold bedroom, main door not closed completely, toilet freezing, and under the sink leaking from the pipe, flooding all floor. No toilet paper, I had to ask in the reception - what a shame!

Building site. Room had mould (lots) on carpet. Decor was like a squatters room. Lady at desk was polite but I made my excuses and left. This property is in very poor condition and, for me, I wouldn’t stay there for free. Worst hotel I e seen in decades I’m afraid. Avoid!

I've never walked out of a hotel...this one we had to! Firstly id like to point out I'm not fussy by any stretch, but this hotel was so bad! Upon arrival we were told we were the only ones staying that night and they couldn't give us a key to either the front door of the hotel or our actual room, due so the key cards on the room doors were not working.... The guy behind the so called 'reception desk' was nice enough and I doubt It was his fault but whoever owns the hotel seriously needs to stop trading until the room is in a safe enough state. The room itself was pretty grim, stains on the floor and walls, stagnant water in the kettle, electrical fittings hanging out the wall, the shower head actually fell off and clarted me in the head! Safe to say we left within approx 20mins and booked another hotel. Unfortunately that was £65 down the drain...

Good location close to the city without being in the thick of it. Only £9 in an uber to the Victoria warehouse where we were going. Walls very thin so can hear everything. Room unclean stains in the seiling and mirrors. Wires hanging out the wall on the tv. Wifi terrible and freeview didnt work. Tiny room, but for the price you get what you pay for i suppose. Its fine if you just need a bed for the night which we did after our rave lol! The bathroom was ok. But toilet was loose and towel rail hanging off the wall.

Filthy. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not one to complain but if you view the pictures u can see why. Dangerous if nothing else n wouldn’t let my dog sleep in the room we were given

Beyond awful
This is by FAR the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very run down, not looked after, and was honestly run like 3 blokes running it for a laugh. The room was awful, lots of areas of filler on the walls, clear mould coming through in the ceiling of one corner of the room, blinds looked they had been battered and hanging off the window, bathroom was already flooded when we first got to the room, shower tray was broken and bits of plastic/fibreglass broken and left in the corner of the bathroom. The room was so bad it was actually laughable. Went to a football match and genuinely felt uncomfortable to what we would come back to and dreading sleeping there. I would honestly have been more comfortable sleeping in my car in the car park.

Avoid!
I had an absolutely terrible stay here. My bedroom had no curtains just some broken blinds that let in light and offered no privacy from the houses behind my room, whose gardens looked directly into the room. There were metal steps right outside my room and people were constantly walking up and down, it was so loud. There was also building work taking place and the drilling started early on the Sunday morning. The room smelled very strongly of smoke and the reception area smelled of marijuana. There were unaccompanied teenagers in the rooms being really loud throughout the night. Finally, my toilet was not attached to the wall and was leaking. You expect a couple of issues with a budget hotel but this was the worst stay I’ve ever had with a UK hotel. I tried to find alternate accommodation but it was a Saturday night and booked up so I had no choice but to stay. Don’t make my mistake!!

mould up the walls, carpet was drenched ruined my socks as the liquid on the floor was yellow and we saw this after using the towels to create a path to walk from the bathroom to the bedroom and when we lifted them in the morning to try and tidy they were yellow from whatever substance was drenching the carpet, the bedding has stains in and their was no tv remote to use the tv. When you book online it states there is a hairdryer included in your stay which was nowhere to be found and the wifi password did not work no one was at reception to ask about anything or to be asked about a different room, constant shouting and slamming doors from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out all through the night i do not recommend the stay here and the area around the hotel was scruffy and seemed dangerous.

Dangerous and Dirty!
I feel the state of the room needs addressing as it is a serious health hazard. The room was absolutely filthy. Everything was either broken or left on the floor. The blinds were all broken, couldn’t close them properly and were all hanging off. There was broken handrail and left on the floor in the toilet. There was a live wire left on the floor from behind the tv, the carpets were dirty and smelt damp. But the worse was the serious case of black mould located in a small storage cupboard, which is a health hazard and could cause illnesses! I will attach all the photos from the above list mentioned below. Overall, it wasn’t a very comfortable stay.

Ok for short stop. Basic
Bare wires on the lamp. Had to squeeze past shower tray to access rest of bathroom. One of the windows doesnt open, one is fixed in its position. Radiator doesnt work, one placed infront of it. Towel rail broken. Wardrobe didnt have any coathangers. Kettle with tea and cofffee but no milk or sugar. Tv but no remote.

Absolutely nothing to like about this hotel don't know how they are allowed to rent rooms out to people. First room on the second floor no running hot water, sink was blocked, running water was brown, every window in the building constantly open day and night and carpet freshner left on floors to combat the smell of damp, complained and got moved to a ground floor room. The room was filthy, no ventilation, carpet was filthy (wouldn't put mh feet on it without shoes on) was wet through with the damp, rising damp up walls, cobwebs on ceiling been there a while and the smell of damp was horrendous, room didnt look like it had ever been cleaned. Needs environmental health and health and safety to be investigating.

Not for me
Guy on checkout was really helpful and let me check in early, but the room was awful. Smelt damp, soaking wet carpets in the entrance due to a leak. Mould on carpets and walls. Dirty room, bin hadn't been emptied. Hotel was noisy all through the night.

Me and my sister had to change rooms and they offered us a smaller room than why we had inicial because there was a leak and when we first got there the water in the shower wasn’t working. We were having a different problem every day which was very inconvenience.

Sadly, when we got there, we struggle to park as there wasn’t enough space. They were helpful but I felt like I had to keep going to them. Got the room for three people. There was only one set of towels with two little toiletries and no hairdryer like it stated. For the 3 adults it wasn’t sufficient for the room. Little wardrobe space for 3. Only 2 cups for coffee not 3. The bathroom was very very tight so you had to angle yourself. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as the springs had already gone. The pillows were too flat. And to top it off, the live TV did not work the batteries were unpredictable and the Wi-Fi on the TV fir Netflix was not very good.

I booked this for an overnight stay with my 9 year old son. We were due to come very late around 2am. We called the hotel in advance to make sure that we can check in late. We were assured there was no issues whatsover and they operate 24 hours so always have staff available. When i got there with my son just after 2am and the hotel was locked, and no one was there to check us in. I kept calling the hotel and knocking on the door but no one answered. I had to sleep in the car with my son. I then left early morning the hotel was still locked and no answer on the phone. I called numerous times after and eventually someone called me at 11am. They were confused at first then said they would call me back. When they did call they said they are not sure what happened but will issue a refund. No apologies at all. I said how unfair and unprofessional they are still no apologies. I checked online on reviews about this hotel and was surprised to see how bad this hotel actually is in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. So please do check online reviews before booking.
