Location is great if you want to visit Providence, Newport, and Boston. Beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and well stocked. « This property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and an older home that seems to be a renovated 2nd floor/flat. It is extremely clean!! Everything was in working order. Beds were extremely comfortable. TV's were updated (one in the living, one in one of the bedrooms (not the master)). Even though one full bathroom, it is large and had enough space to spread out. « The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Having the restaurants so close on Broadway was great - easy to walk to those and downtown. I was worried that parking would be a problem but there was always a space right out front.
