« Hi, I stayed at the Hilton in Cincinnati on december 4th and 5th. The experience wasn’t great. When I checked in I’ve been assigned a room that already had guest in it. I had to go back to the desk to get another one. The second room was bad with bath/shower clogged and even the sink was with black water coming out from the drain. There were also stains in many areas on the carpet. On sunday, I went back to explain and I got discounted price at 100$ a night for 2 nights so around 236$ total. I...

« We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off.
