Déçu depuis le changement de direction.
Habitué de cet hôtel, il a beaucoup perdu en qualité. De nombreuses choses qui nous avaient fait adorer l'endroit n'existent plus (distributeur de glaces italiennes, jeux du sports bar devenus payants), et le service est très long. Le pire reste la gestion du covid, peu de clients portent le masque au buffet ou aux bars et personne ne dit rien. Des imperfections en plus dans la chambre, du bruit (chambres avec porte communicante très mal isolée) et plus de petites attentions nous amènent à ne plus vouloir aller dans cet hôtel. Notre majordome, Victor, en revanche, a toujours été présent et efficace. Le changement de propriétaire a fait baisser la qualité et les services, pas le prix malheureusement

Que dire de ce séjour de 4 jours au royalton à part que c'était parfait ! Plusieurs fois que je retourne à cet hôtel et j'adore !! Le parc aquatique, génial pour les petits et les grands ! La chambre swim out présidentielle à couper le souffle... Le personnel au petit soin... Et encore merci à notre majordome Jorge qui a chaque fois et aux petits soins avec nous, toujours dispo et arrangeant ! Dommage que nous ayons dû rentrer à la maison mais vivement que nous y repartions Pour les futurs voyageurs je vous conseille d'opter pour l'option diamond qui vous donne accès à de nombreux endroits Vip

Somos una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños que viajamos desde Suiza , desde que hemos llegado sus cobros inapropiados , las tarifas completamente diferentes a las que reservamos ya que nos han pedido cada vez suplementos de pagos ya que culpan a la ineficacia de los recepcionistas estos errores . La gente que decida hospedarse debe tener mucho cuidado con los cobros en las tarjetas de crédito. Hasta después de haber regresado a mi país de origen me siguen amenazando con impedirme de regresar a sus hoteles si no les hago el envio de 900 usd más !!. Mis pagos ; 2873 usd durante el período del 9 al 16 de abril de 2 adultos y dos niños en una habitación con acceso a piscina . ( cada vez adicionaban más por habitación) los pagos de consumos extras son otros montos que TAMBIEN ESTAN PAGADOS . TENGO PRUEBAS DE ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO ! muy molesta con la falta de seriedad de un establecimiento !! Las playas y el país son hermosos pero NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL por la falta de HONESTIDAD de la gente que realiza cobros !

Une très belle adresse située sur l’une des plus belles plages de Punta Cana. Un hôtel à taille humaine, décoration contemporaine et design. Par contre, sur ses restaurants à la carte compris dans la formule All Inclusive, il y a un gros problème de qualité, l’italien très mauvais, le mexicain de mauvais qualité et le restaurant Under Sea donc de poisson est un mensonge car sa carte vous propose plus de viande que du poisson ( 1 seul plat). Le seul restaurant au top ! Le restaurant buffet d’une grande qualité.. C’est dingue d’être en All inclusive est de se contenter d’un seul restaurant. La plupart des clients Français et Canadiens, américain très déçu également sur ce point. C’est dommage car cet hôtel a un vrai potentiel !

What was unique about this property was the staff, everyone very helpful and friendly. What I believe should improve? The place needs a little TLC- some areas were a bit run-down. Much needed remodeling or renovation. The food was pretty decent-can improve but overall was good!

Nice overall, plenty of options for getting food & drinks, friendly service. Some things ready for repair, like the main lobby staircase. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens. The idea of going to a breakfast for a "talk" would have been better understood if they said "sales presentation" at the begining.

The beach is beautiful and we loved the actives and shows they offer. The downside for us was the lack of dining options, every restaurant had a long wait except for the buffet and we weren’t allowed to make reservations because we didn’t have a time share there. Our mini bar was never restocked, only 2 water bottles were provided the first day and we had to call several times to get water sent to our room. We also found it very hard to find a waiter to order drinks while in the pool, we had to send someone from our group to get drinks for everyone majority of the time.

For other comparable resorts in the area, it’s got some issues that impacted our stay and we wouldn’t return. Positive: the room was nicer than other resorts and didn’t have that musty wet smell. The bartenders were friendly and the resort itself is maintained well. The kids club workers were great and would take our kids for crafts each day. Negative: they didn’t refill the minibar with water unless we called each day. We didn’t have hot water between 5pm-6pm to shower. Housekeeping staff hang out outside your room and pressure you to attend a Royalton rewards meeting. You'll wait on line for 30 mins for dinner that isn’t very good. The pool is nice but deep and there aren’t enough chairs and by 8:30 they’re all taken with towels and items. By noon there’s no towels available but they come back around 2:30. There was a raw sewage smell on the walk between the hotel and Splash which has the water park and at one point what I believe was raw sewage came up from a crack in the sidewalk and covered my sandals and the bottom of my outfit. The water park has the kids area (must be less than 1.2 meters) and the bigger slides (greater than 1.2 meters) and they are strict. Wouldn’t let my 7 and 8 year old use the kid slides but the big slides dump into water about 4 feet 8 inches deep so my son struggled when he came down but the lifeguard wouldn’t go into the water to help him and said to me “can’t you swim?” (Luckily a dad coming out a different slide grabbed my kid).

I recently stayed at The Royalton, and it was an incredible experience. The beach was stunning, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment was fantastic, and I especially loved the vibe team for keeping the energy up. The resort was very clean, which was great to see. However, there weren't enough sun loungers, which was a bit disappointing. The service was hit or miss. While some staff members were attentive and friendly, others seemed indifferent. One standout was Goorge from the Italian restaurant. His service was exceptional, and he really went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Overall, I had a wonderful time at The Royalton, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a beach getaway.

The Royalton Autograph exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, grounds. Amazing Service staff in every dept..Friendly. Helpful. We were not into shopping ,but that certainly was available .Enjoyed the opportunity to use facilities at the Royalton Splash [where our Grandchildren stayed with their parents ],& the Diamond Club where our youngest child stayed ,with his partner. .Great to be able to move throughout . [with option to walk or take a ride] We would definitely return & will highly recommend this Resort.

This hotel was beautiful, but the service was horrible. Our toilet was flooded for the whole time. We told the front desk more than once and they didn’t do anything about it or sent anyone to our room to fix it. definitely would not recommend this hotel if you like activities there is a charge for everything and it is a boring hotel

How is this possible for a 5 stars property to have rooms facing back fences, power stations (transformers), alley used for all kind of support workers, transportation of all kind of merchandise, at few feets distance to to the door/balcony ?

Worst hotel ever. Food was nasty, the hotel staff didn’t care about explaining about the facilities neither took care of us during dining experience. Would never come back again.

Nice stay, needs more activities and food options
Good: Pools, Beach, Beach/pool chairs, Wifi, Resort layout, room cleaning. Beach was nice and clear water, and pools were very good. Bad: Limited evening/night entertainment, buffet restaurants could have more options like Fajitas, long waiting times in ala carte restaurants and long waiting time for food to be served even after seating (at Mexican Cantina)
