Bonjour les amis. Les services dans ce cinqs etoiles sont à revoir. Le personnel est adorable mais totalement incompétent. Vous aurez un oui avec un gros sourire pour vos demandes mais vous n aurez jamais ce que vous avez demandé. Je m explique. A l arrivée, je demande si je peux etre surclassé car je suis membre gold et qui ne tente rien n'a rien. Tres gentiment, mon hote d acceuil me donne une autre chambre un peu plus grande. Super. Malheureusement, nous sommes 4, ma femme, mes enfants et moi. Et dans la chambre, il n'y a qu'un seul lit. Je retourne à l acceuil pour faire part de mon probleme. Et heureusement je parle francais, anglais, espagnol et portugais. "Aucun soucis on va regler ca" toujours avec un gros sourire. La premiere nuit, ma femme dort avec les filles dans le lit et moi sur le canapé. A 340€ la nuit, je m attendais pas à dormir sur un canapé. Le lendemain, j y retourne et j ai le droit aux excuses sauf que je redors sur le canapé. Là je demande à voir une responsable Cassandra qui m envoie son assistante. Sincèrement je le prends pas tres bien. Enfin ils me mettent un lit supplémentaire pour mes enfants. Je reclame un geste et ils me donnent une paire de tong et un t-shirt Majestic que je ne prends pas car j en ai pas besoin. J aurais préféré un massage pour enlever mes maux de dos. Sinon les petites mains sont top comme les serveuses, les femmes de menage, barmaid... rien à dire. Bravo à Melio qui cours partout pour vous satisfaire.

excellent séjour au Majestic Élégance belle chambre superbe plage sans algue nettoyée plusieurs fois par jour magnifique piscine nous étions au club excellent accueil de Erikson notre majordome toujours disponible pour nous être agreable nous a organisé une soirée anniversaire dans la chambre jacuzzi avec pétales de fleurs champagne.... merci Erikson pour ton beau sourire et ta gentillesse seul reproche à l hôtel restauration moyenne buffets répétitifs tout le reste était parfait

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble. Points positifs : hôtel magnifique avec de très belles piscines et très belle plage. Chambre spacieuse. Points négatifs : le personnel pour la plupart ne comprend pas l’anglais et encore moins le français. Le service est catastrophique il faut souvent répéter 3 ou 4 fois pour obtenir un verre à table ou débarrasser ou obtenir un simple oreiller ou peignoir manquant dans la chambre … Les bébés ne sont pas le bienvenues. Un seul micro-ondes, peu de chaise bébé et des zones de piscines et restaurants interdits pour eux. La nourriture est moyenne, et répétitive. Par contre du jamais vue sur les 7 jours pas une seule fois il y avait des frites de disponibles au self. A chaque fois il faut attendre une dizaine de minutes au moins… Un grand merci tout de même à Adrian et Luis au restaurant principal heureusement qu’ils étaient là... Merci à Amanda pour son sérieux et sa bonne humeur au kid club. Sans eux notre séjour aurait été mauvais.

Très bonne expérience dans l ensemble. Cadre joli, chambres spacieuses et propres. Nourriture bonne et vaste choix. Personnel souriant et serviable. Un bémol sur la plage cependant. Elle n est pas bien large et n a pas beaucoup de transat. Ils sont pris d assaut des 7h du matin…

Personnel très chaleureux et très serviable. Direction présente et sur le terrain pour s assurer que tout fonctionne à la perfection. Service à la plage. Piscine adulte seulement très calme. Nourriture très bonne, variée et saine, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller dans les différents restaurants à la carte, sans supplément. Boissons internationales aux bar et cocktails délicieux Chambre propre. Merci à tous pour nous avoir permis de passer un « excellente » séjour au majestic elegance et on se réjouit déjà d y revenir. Nous recommandons vivement et sans modération cet établissement.

Accueil : je n'avais pas l'impression d'être attendu, au moins 30 minutes à attendre une carte d'entrée car la chambre a été faite au moment où je suis arrivé. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme dès ma réservation et on m'a mis dans la chambre située devant un ascenseur. En plus, les chambres sont assez mal insonorisées et le personnel assez bruyant. Chambre : taille conforme à l'annonce, jacuzzi dans la chambre, une fuite d'eau signalée le vendredi matin, toujours aucune réaction le lundi matin. J'ai changé de chambre, climatisation un peu bruyante dans la 2e chambre. Animation : répétitive et pas très diversifiée côté sport, dommage car le complexe a une capacité dans ce domaine. Le tennis si vous êtes en solo, vous oubliez. Restauration : très bien dans l'ensemble. Le restaurant poisson et l'argentin sont excellents. Le buffet international est bien. L'italien correct mais pâtes à éviter (trop cuites pour un italien). Le gastronomique semble pas mal à première vue, mais c'est en sortant de ce restaurant que j'ai fait une indigestion. Clientèle : très américaine et russe. Le personnel vous parle directement en anglais plutôt qu'en espagnol. Conclusion : point fort sur la restauration, point faible sur la réactivité face au problème de chambre, j'attends d'un 5 étoiles une solution immédiate. Pour un séjour solo, il y a d'autres hôtels qui seront plus adaptés.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au Majestic Elegance,et notre séjour a été remarquable sur plusieurs points , la chambre est spacieuse (3 personnes) et nettoyée tous les jours, le buffet central est garni avec beaucoup de choix , les animations le soir sont de bonne qualité mais l’atout de cet hôtel est la piscine , grande, style rivière, vraiment très agréable pour nager d’une profondeur suffisante ( 1,30m) , les chambres swim up donnent un accès direct à la piscine Le guest service répond a tout vos demandes un grand merci à Charlie qui nous a apporté tout son aide

heureusement qu'ils ont un bon" customer service"
Horrible,le deuxieme jour,j'ai voulu partir,ils m'ont alors proposé de me surclasser dans un hotel du groupe qui était juste à coté::le Majestic mirage et là c'était le jour et la nuit A l'Elegance,tout était vetuste,la douche ne fontionnait pas ,le mobilier montrait des taches d'usure etc .... Au Mirage ,qui est beaucoup plus récent,ce sont des vraies suites avec une salle de bains,cabine de douche séparée,toilette de courtoisie,baignoire Jacuzzi sur la terrasse.Une proprete incroyable.Le personnel est agréable et tres serviable surtout l'accueil au restaurant de la plage:Anna Maria a illuminé notre séjour et le barman kenny du Draft Bar est un pro des cocktails incroyables et se plie à toutes les demandes Heureusement que tous les Hotel Majestic ont un service à la clientele exceptionnel:Sarai au Elégance a tout fait pour nous aider et qu'on soit contents et Yelitza du Mirage était aux petits soins.Jusqu'à la directrice de l'établissement qui est intervenue La direction a tout fait pour nous faire oublier nos déboires du 1er jour et que nous passions des vacances fantastiques.Ils ont réussi et pourtant on partait de tres loin!

Great resort all around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. The buffet always had great options. Walkable between the lobby and the pools and ocean. Seaweed was not an issue. The water near the resort was clear. Drinks were served well. Big thanks to Richard, our butler, who made sure we were always comfortable. And thank you to the staff that worked hard to make it a great experience.

Pools were clean. Bali beds usually available if you get out early enough. Food choices in the buffet were plentiful, and the workers always trying to be helpful.

Francesca muy able y pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros. Ella fue lo mejor del hotel. Los cuartos y el hotel les falta mantenimiento, los baños los pueden remodelar un poco se ve sucio y con el ground de años. La limpieza no es buena los cuartos huelen a húmeda y lo tapan con clorox. El personal es muy querido y atento.
