« We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. « Property location and rooms are good. Front desk staff were very cold, almost no acknowledgement even when you are standing in front of their desk. It was hard to get any information. Some bell boys helped me get the local info I needed. Wifi was good in certain parts of suite, not in the bedroom though. They did not do house-keeping during my nights stay, which is fine but they should have at least informed that no housekeeping will be done. Breakfast was decent. »

« Bon assez bien pour la restauration avec beaucoup de restaurants au niveau de l'hôtel c'est compliqué de se retrouver et l'ascenseur ipper occupé trop d'attente donc pas du tout intéressant »
