Cela aurait pu être parfait si ....
Réservation de 2 magnifiques et spacieuses chambres avec salle de bain privée avec produits et petit déjeuner copieux dans ce petit hôtel sympa. En revanche, personnel avec attitude désobligeante envers les touristes que nous sommes ( sauf jeune homme à notre arrivée). Servi normalement à 9h le week-end, nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir exceptionnellement le petit déjeuner vers 8h ( à cause d'un rendez-vous) et avons eu l'autorisation de l'avoir pour 8h15. Mais en ce matin de Finale de Coupe du Monde de Rugby, seuls les habitués des lieux venus voir le match ont été servis au fur et à mesures de leur arrivée ( même ceux arrivés après nous !!). A 9h, nous n'avions toujours pas les boissons chaudes ( thé, café, chocolat) et nous nous servions en attendant de jus de fruits, céréales en libre service.... Puis 30 min de plus pour avoir le full english breakfast compris dans le prix, avec insistance. Nous avons posé sur le comptoir nos clés de chambres après avoir attendu plus de 10 min sans que personne finalement sache que nous partions ( nous avions payé notre séjour en arrivant!) Je veux bien croire que les habitués sont les plus rémunérateurs mais ce sont les touristes comme moi qui donnent une note et une visibilité à votre établissement

Regular visitor, always welcomed with lovely rooms
I have stayed here multiple times now, and they're always welcoming. There is off road parking, the staff are great. the food is nice. Just a nice place to stay, rather than a big hotel. Will very likely return and would recommend.

Lovely place first time i had taken my dog away with me so wasn’t sure if were both going to be put in a kennel lovely room meet friends for dinner in there restaurant my dog was happily under the table so really home from home great breakfast plenty of good walks

Great for a short break
We stayed for 1 night in a double en-suite room. The pub is in a nice residential area of Bournemouth a short walk from the beach. There is an onsite car park. The room was well equipped, modern & clean. The bathroom worked fine but was a little dated. Breakfast was cooked to order & of good quality however is only available between 9 - 9.30 am. Even though the room was above a bar we were not disturbed by any noise. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and friendly
A lovely, friendly place to stay for a few days. Ideally positioned on the border of Bournemouth and Poole. Friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble from any of the colleagues at any time of day. Breakfast was good and the food quality for lunch/dinner was amazing. I prefer a few more veggies than was on the menu but it was the chill out place we needed. Thankyou 🤗

We have never been welcomed so well by all the staff as at this property. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were good & breakfast tasty. I only have 2 gripes in that the pillows were way too hard & think in need of replacing & although we tried to have a bath the water was lukewarm. I'm aware most folk have showers but we wanted a bath as a treat. But overall a brilliant stay & we'll definitely be back.

Lovely welcome by a young manager chap and very friendly lady on breakfast. Fantastic location among the smart streets of Branksome and just up from the sea. Room was comfy and breakfast good, apart from no kippers on the menu....sadly the case in so many places these days.

Great Location but tired bathroom
The Location for us was great. A few minutes walk to a beautiful long sandy beach. The staff was good, parking was easy. However the room and especially the bathroom were very tired and needed a n overhaul.

Beautiful setting, and location. Such friendly and welcoming staff, owners. Nice little rooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast to die for. Definitely a little gem away from the bustle of Bournemouth.

Great food disappointing bed.
Staff are super friendly, food is amazing. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom needed some TLC, light in bedroom did not work Did mention bed was uncomfortable to a member of staff the night before. Not ideal to stay on business as breakfast is at 9am.

Literally from the minute we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff who made us feel so welcome. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, food excellent, location perfect (5 mins from a gorgeous beach). Can't fault it at all - we'll be back.

Everything pretty much perfect!
Had an amazing one night stay at the Inn in the Park with a couple of friends. Really friendly owners and staff who took the time to make us feel welcome throughout our stay, nicely decorated and very clean rooms, and very nice breakfast. It is also perfectly situated for walking to the beautiful beaches.

First time here for us. Great welcome, really helpful staff throughout, room was good, supper ( fish and chips ) really fresh, breakfast also just right. Location is nice too, we went for a bracing early morning walk on the beach. The only minor point is that our room was a bit noisy before the Inn closed but perfect after that. Good value overall.

Mostly very good
Mostly lovely, fantastic staff and the food was good. Good sized room though noise from bar below but you’d expect that in a pub and doesn’t go on through night. Good location. The only issue was bed, the mattress could do with replacing as a bit lumpy and soft and the pillows feel cheap - totally synthetic foam pieces so no support, lumpy and worst of all get too warm. Good thing is that I could get windows to open a bit, albeit with some difficulty; it was very clean and stocked with tea/coffee and bottled water.... and another mention for the staff - all lovely! I’d certainly stay again
