Les + : la location et l'accessibilité de CDG, personnel aimable
Les - : accueil au déjeuner, pas de personne responsable
Situation : je ne sais pas j étais à un séminaire
Rapidité à la réception, gentillesse et écoute, j ai été surclassé, j ai trouvé cela sympa et belle surprise. Bon traitement du client. J y reviendrais!

There was no hairdryer in the room. When I asked for one in the evening, they sent a bottle of water. I asked in the am and it did come. Received the bill to sign in the restaurant without a pen to sign it. The springs in the bed creaked. The trainees at the desk needed more training.

L'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont bien. La très mauvaise note est pour l'accueil et le personnel qui n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur . Allant de la réception au home service passant par le restaurant ....

all I can say is I loved my room, the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. I can use more dinner choices though. Overall it's a great hotel to stay with kids..

Nice hotel close to the Airport

Les - : Access to and from the Hotel to the Airport needs to be improved. The hotel is clearly there to accommodate the needs of airport users.
The Hotel itself is very nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. Access to the Airport however was a serious problem. After checkout getting to the airport was difficult. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport but the shuttle only has 8 seats and runs once every 30 minutes. At peak hours this is a serious problem because the hotel is big and there can be much more than 8 people waiting for the shuttle. I was traveling with my family of 4 (half the capacity of the shuttle). We had to wait for three shuttle before we could get seats. A shuttle bus with 8 seats for such a large hotel servicing the airport is a joke. There are no taxi's at the hotel and if you order one they will charge an outrageous amount for taking you one kilometer. As close as the airport is to the hotel attempting to go there on foot is a daunting experience due to the complexity of the roadways. I can recommend the hotel for people who want to stay there after arriving and who wish to go to Paris by Taxi the next day. I cannot recommend the hotel for people who want to spend their last night close to the airport and then go to the airport using the shuttle bus.

Les + : The room was really modern nice and clean, they have leisure facilities but I did not get to use them due to a very short visit. Staff were helpful.
Les - : Staff to have insight of alternative transport facilities for guests and inform them, I realized that where I wanted to go cost 2 euros by bus.
Situation : location great for airport, I did not do much so unable to comment on other things. next time will do more.
I was very pleased with this hotel, actually it was beyond my expectations as I thought the hotel would reflect the reasonable price I had paid as a last minute thing. The hotel staff were very accommodative, thanks to them as I had a function to attend that afternoon and they allowed me to check in on arrival at no extra costs (well I hope as I have not checked yet if any moneys were taken out by mistake). The gentleman at check in also upgraded me to the delux room which was kind of him and he was helpful with providing information regarding getting to my venue as well as organising a taxi. The only reason I did not give 5 star on the staff is because on checking in I could sense that he was getting a little irritated by me asking questions just to ensure I understood what I was signing for when they were taking my card details for guarantee in case of any extra services, the problem was probably due to language barrier. Of-course it was not my first time to stay in a hotel as he asked me this, Pullman hotel yes! Actually I am a Hilton hotel customer, well apart from that everything was extremely exceptional and Pullmans have won me over as a customer, definitely this particular hotel. On checking out I also requested for late check out as my flight was not until later on and I felt tired, This was granted too at no cost. On leaving they transported me to the train which was quicker as the shuttle bus was going to be a while. I was very happy with the service, will be back.
