Very well maintained property. Very good variety breakfast buffet. Shower water pressure was poor. Mattress not most comfortable. Spring noticeable protrusion.

The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning. The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. The only issue in our room was the air conditioner that took awhile to resolve. Otherwise a great experience.

In a lively setting in Hersonissos next to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent, wonderful breakfast buffet on a hill overlooking the sea!

Go very early or not at all. Tour groups dominate the site from around 10.00am. Queues form for views of the more well-known parts of this attraction. I bought a useless Skip-the-Line ticket with (awful, American) audio tour from Clio Muse downloaded to my phone. DON'T DO THIS.

€15 each to look at part of buildings. Do not walk from Heraklion, bus only €2.50 each.

Enjoyable day out and rather hectic with tour groups, queuing required to see inside Minoan Temple.
