The room we were in was not on the app at all was very hard to find room area for us to enter was under construction and I was not informed of this at the front desk . However hotel is beautiful.

Great place to hang out with the family and enjoy a fun water park. Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good food options. Close to all the parks. Parking is deff pricey and make sure you do not get a room near an elevator! Other than that would stay again without hesitation.

It is a beautiful property. The room i stayed although kept clean was smaller than i thought and didnt have a microwave. The fridge was too small to fit anything.

The hotel is beautiful and extremely large! The pool was wonderful! However the beds in my rooms where hard and extremely shocked that there was no continental breakfast for the price of the rooms! Overall hotel was nice.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a night , we live in Orlando and just wanted to "getaway" and enjoy the pool and restaurants. We ate at the steak house and it was amazing . After long work week, it was just what we needed. However right at 8 am they were doing construction in the room over ours. It's wasn't just a distant noice , it was loud hammering,sawing and drilling . I called down to the front desk and they weren't very helpful. This was such a special treat for us and it was ruined but not being able to sleep in. They offered us a $50 dollar credit but at the price and the money we spent at the property with dinner drinks etc, it was a slap in the face . We just wanted a nice getaway and to sleep in .. I won't stay at this resort again and that's a shame because it was amazing . But who wants to be woken up early when your spending $600 I rather do staycations at other properties in Orlando who are upfront with construction

This resort is gorgeous and we had an amazing time! however I would think that for the price and resort fee at least the breakfast and pool chairs should be included.

They sold my room to a higher paying guest and re located me against my agreement to another lower grade hotel . I have confirmed my stay 24 hrs prior. There was no notice of re location until I arrived on premises. They ruined my convention trip.

Got room service for breakfast it was awesome. The room was really hot had to have the someone unlock the thermostat . 1of the 2 elevators wasn’t working had to wait quite a while to get up and down to the room . The hickory steak house was fire. Pool and cabana in the south beach pool was great!

The Hotel amenities were excellent , well kept and maintained. Pool area clean , the staff was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly , MOOR restaurant was amazing. Easter buffet was very generous Will definitely come back. Kudos for whoever is training the staff

The property was beautiful. However, I was extremely upset one day at the pool. We stayed for 7 days, spent A LOT of money as everything was quite pricy. After a few days of being there, I knew the drill with the pool and reserved chair situation. I woke up early to ensure I got a good spot at the pool so I could watch my kids while they swam. I was so excited to find a set of chairs right where my kids normally swam. We set up shop, got in the pool, and all started enjoying the day together. Time went by and more and more people came and started swooping up all surrounding chairs as they normally do. Well, a employee comes up to me with a clip board while I’m in the pool with my kids and she has an arm full of “reserved” pool signs that they use to place on all the chairs. She asked me if I wanted to buy my chairs. I said no, they were a set with no reserved signs on them. She goes well they should have them on there. I’m like how was I supposed to know that? She gaslit me and continued to ask if I wanted to buy the chairs. I again said no and I pointed out there were now no more chairs nearby if I did move. She again, gaslit me, like spots aren’t a big deal even though that’s how they make thousands a day off people and pointed to a back row away from the pool. I just said fine and got out of the pool with my kids after spending thousands there and being treated like that I will not go back.
