« Location was perfect for a visit with my new grandson. Efficiency apartment was very clean and I felt safe there, given concerns about the coronavirus. The apt. Is well furnished for a short stay. I spent most days with my family, but kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I loved walking around the neighborhood in the mornings —despite construction projects on nearly every block. I look forward to returning. Thanks Jerry and Joan for providing a safe and comfortable apartment! »

« Les chambres sont très mal isolés pour le son. La porte d’entrée est trop courte alors ont entend carrément tout ce qui se passe dans le corridor qui est très passant. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir. »

« Poor communication with host they never responded ran out of tissue during my stay and the host informed that I need to go run down the cleaning lady for more tissue that may be there or not smh.. no plunder and the toilet clogs easily.. there was a giant roach in the shower and a tiny roach crawled on me whilst in bed. Ordering food and items were not easy not sure what’s wrong with the address to make it like that. The apartment stays hot the AC isn’t balanced having a light on makes it really...
