"Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. "Loved the vibe here! In classic Ritz-Carlton style, as you walk into the hotel, you can breathe in the aromas which are very unique to each hotel. Then you hear your favorite Rolling Stones song piped in overhead. The staff was so friendly and the food was distinctively prepared. The bar was a nice rest stop after a day of tours. The weather was unsettled so the patio was not open. It looked like a great place to gather with friends!"
