« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »

« Hôtel à proximité des pistes, il suffit de marcher moins de 3 minutes pour atteindre les pentes. Le personnel est courtois, mais ne donne peu de renseignement par rapport aux commodités des lieux (billets, location d'équipement, prix, service de navette, recommandation pour la nourriture). La ville avec grands magasins (Walmart, épicerie, fast-food) est à 1,6km de l'hôtel et est desservi par un service d'autobus de la ville tout à fait gratuitement. « My family had an amazing stay in the property. The check in was very easy (Ritz front desk), communication with owner was very prompt, the condo itself was beautifully done and plenty of space for our family, and the Ritz Bachelor Gulch is a fantastic place with every amenity you could ask for - including a chair lift 25 yards from the back door. We will be back soon and will rent this unit again! »

« We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town. »
