« We loved the natural beauty of the house. The pictures we took on property were amazing. Our Familymoon started out perfect with this living space and the sound of the creek just behind the house was the best. Owners had great communication, place was clean, and it was not too far from activities. »

« The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return! »

« Overall great house- location perfect. The mattresses in the bunk room were not suitable for an adult so our friend who slept on it had a fair amount of back pain. Would not plan on 4 adults in this house. Other than that, amazing place »

« Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic »

« The house was better than the photos! We felt lucky to have found this special mountain location for our family to reunite and enjoy some beautiful ski days. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days in the well stocked kitchen. David is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place. »

« We Had a fabulous time With our daughter and kids (and with dog enjoyed a very nice stay at this very spacious home. We were walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and walking distance to the gondola to get to the ski resort. Family had a great time. »

« Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths. »

« This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs. »

« We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town. »
