Hôtel corret mais peut mieux faire
Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet hotel. Grand hotel assez impersonnel, les chambres sont correctes, propres mais sans plus. L'accueil reste sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, très varié et bien fourni. L'hôtel est très bien situé car face à la plage par conséquent un peu bruyant. En face, le club la Louisiane offre possibilité de transats à la journée pour vraiment pas cher, les menus sont plus chers . Situé à deux petites rues du quartier routard. Un bureau des excursions à l'accueil permet d'aller au VINPEARL pour le même prix qu'à l'embarcadère. Le service Blanchisserie est très cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels que nous avons fréquenté. Je pense que pour le prix on peut avoir mieux.

excellent hotel
Nous avons passes 5 nuits dans cette hotel. l'hotel est tres bien suité proche des commoditées. le personnel de l'hotel à été au petit soin avec nous. la chambre etait fait tout les jours. on avait reservé par internet suite au différent commentaire des personnes qui etaient passées par cette hotel. je recommande vivement cette hotel. le petit déjeuner est fantastique. l'hotel est plutot calme .

Bien situé, bel hotel, bon accueil
Rien a redire pour ce 3* à Nha Trang à deux pas de la plage. Belle chambre avec vue sur la mer de Chine, propre. Service très correct. Petit déjeuner traditionnel complet. Seul bémol, la piscine qui est petite, mais suffisant quand on sait que la plage est si près. Elle est proche de Tran Phu, la route de la plage fortement fréquentée. Internet wifi haut débit. Quelques membres du personnel devraient perfectionner leur anglais notamment pour la personne qui propose les visites des sites. Tout se fait en taxi facilement pour un petit prix.

The ocean view room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Right across the hotel is the beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella.

Long story short the place has a nice location. Staff are decent. The power cord of the night lamp blew up in my hand when I was trying to plug in my phone charger. I got electrocuted and it turned my hand black. I notified the staff and they changed out the lamp no apology. But nice location and decent view of the water.

Location is good, close to many restaurants and attractions. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to please. Special attention was given to provide breakfast that suits different tastes. Many Chinese, very few westerns. Hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Felt sorry for staff being poorly treated by some of the guests.

Poor customers service
Although the hotel location is in the heart of the major attraction, the hotel staff seems unhappy and stressed. Not a good vibe. The front desk reception personnel (short guy in thick glasses) seems uninterested in serving guests, acting quite snobbish and extremely unfriendly. He seems like or acting like he's the owner's son (the arrogant attitude). There are a lot more other hotels to choice from so I would look around for other options. That's too bad.

Nice hotel for the price.
We stayed at the light hotel for three nights. Mrs Pham was very friendly and accomodating. She gave us a choice of rooms so that we could stay comfortably in a room with our two daughters. We took the seaview room with a small balcony, which was comfortable given the price. Great location in Nha Trang, and opposite the beach. Our only negative was that we ate breakfast out, as the included buffet breakfast was no good for our tastes. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Great location but fairly old and needs some work
the staff need some training in dealing with customers, excluding the reception staff who were good. A gym was advertised as a facility, there was no gym! The buffet breakfast was average with no western choices. There was a room service menu, but when we called to order we were told it was finished?? The only positive was that it was across the road from the beach and close to restaurants.

Hotel was good, great sized room. 10/10 location. Staff were extremely helpful. Good price with no un-necessary bells and whistles. Great stay.

Hotellet lå ganske sentralt til, men personalets engelsk kunnskap var meget begrenset om i det hele tatt tilstedeværende.Servicen på hotellets restaurant var elendig. De virket rundt uten å gjøre noe som helt. Vi tok en suite da det så ut til å ha det vi ønsket som for. Eks balkong. Balkongen var derimot ikke på en kvadrat engang. Dusjen var en hånddusj i badekaret så det var tungvint. Rommet var generelt gammeldags. Det eneste som var bra var senga. Den var behagelig.

lovely hotel and helpful staff
The reception staff were very friendly, and even helped us with changing the dates of our flights. Rooms were lovely as well and the food was great. Would stay there again.

Place was perfectly located , across from beach short walk to town . Huge room great service by staff . The were quick to fix any errors and very adept at English . Seafood buffet service was a little slow . Place definitely a bargain and look forward to returning

Room was in fair condition but in a great location. There was a rip curl beach party on the other side of the street from us on the first night which was really noisy but other than that it was normal Vietnam traffic noise! Service was good, breakfast ok but coffee from cafe terrible!

Kamers zijn vernieuwd en zien er keurig uit. De gangen en liften zijn wat rommelig en het rumoer van de boulevard is in het hotel goed hoorbaar

stayed here with our 2 teenage sons just last week , this hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very nice with a view of NhaTrang beach . You really couldnt fault the cleanliness of this hotel . I would definately stay again .

Vi har bestilt værelse på The light hotel men dag før ophold af den hotel blev vi kontakt af en medarbejder som hedder Phuc. Hun er så behjælpelig og dygtig til at finde en anden hotel til os da The light er under restaurering. Vi har boet 5 dage på Green World hotel og er meget tilfreds på den kompensation som vi har fået. Green World hotel har en fantastisk udsigt. Og fremragende morgenmads buffer.

素敵なスタッフ
フロントスタッフが何でも相談できるので、とても助かりました。ただ、上階で工事をしており7時半からガンガン音が鳴っていて、昼休みをはさんで4時ころまで続いたので昼寝ができず、その点はつらかった。プールも浅いプールと深いプールとあり楽しめます。

Bra rum med ocean view, hjälpsam personal med nån som talar bra engelska i reception. 50 m. till beach dock över trafikerad väg men finns nog inga bättre beach läge centrala Nha -Trang, finns nog inte hotel o bungalows direkt på beach vad vi såg. Något hårda sängar för äldre ?.

All though the staff here try really hard to make everything good for you, this hotel needs a few things done. One, the pool was really dirty, it looks blue and clean in the picture, but is green and tiles are falling off everywhere. 2, we where on the ninth floor (great views) and we could here the noise from below as if we where 3 floors up. As I said staff really good, but unfortunately Na Trang no longer feels like Vietnam, it has been taken over in everyway. Vin Pearl was great for a great fun day with the kids.

This hotel close to beach and restaurants and nightlife but hotel itself is in need of refurbishment very dull and deary .staff are friendly . Breakfast very poor choice not worth the effort to go for it really.pool area not good its small only 4 sunbeds and really apart from bushes on main noisy road.

Would look at other options
The air conditioning hardly worked at all and kept stopping so we would have to call maintenance. The water pressure was terrible and took ages to run a bath for the kids and it was no better in the shower. There was considerable street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. Breaks fast was very average and to have to ask constantly for butter and it be treated like gold was very inconvenient. Only given 3 towels for family booking of 5. Pool required maintenance with sharp tiles around. Staff at front desk were helpful when asked.

地點很不錯 就在沙灘上
房間大小和景觀都不錯 對面就是沙灘 孩子 們可以隨時到沙灘戲水 而且服務人員也親切, 且沙灘上那間餐廳 椰風樹影 極冨南國風味 但是旁邊樓下是一間海產餐廳 吃飯時間卡拉ok聲又大, 又吵鬧 讓人覺得心浮氣躁

古いので、そこさえ我慢ができるのであれば
スタッフの皆様は、とても親切で良かったです。プールもあり、海の前でありロケーションはとても良いですが、設備全体は若干古いので、そこさえ我慢できれば良いと思います。

Hotel was in a great location, but the photos do not illustrate exactly what the hotel was like. Was reasonably run down and tired. Also, got some room service food, burgers and fries and 2 x meals were stone cold!

Bra beliggenhet
Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i Nha Trang og hotellet ligger rett ved stranden med sentrum kun få minutters gange fra hotellet. Hotellet har god service med et vennlig personale og daglig romservice. Stor tv, trådløst net og frokost var inkludert i prisen. Det eneste jeg kan sette fingeren ved er at det begynner å bli slitt å trenger etter vært en renovering.
