Thank you for taking the time to complete a review following your recent stay. Apologies concerning any disruption from noise emanating from the retail units below the hotel - there are currently fit out works being undertaken to convert the space into F&B outlets (not owned or managed by the hotel) and as such the disruption is out of the hotels hands. The work is only undertaken during the day and should not have impeded your evening experience. once again our apologies for the disruption, the works are almost complete and will be a great addition to the local area should you choose to stay with us again.
