Hotel 1 peu vieillot. Du bruit dans les canalisations, pas de prise électrique autour du lit pour le smartphone, pièce froide. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. L'emplacement est top.

Avons profité du spa, de la plage (marche). Tres bel endroit. Seul bémol, le service à l'accueil où j'ai du attendre longtemps avant de pouvoir faire mon enregistrement et signalé mon départ. Tres bon déjeuner complet.

nous avions eu une chambre avec deux fenêtres qui donnaient sur une pièce pour les moteurs de la ventillation - une chambre borgne avec le bruit de la ventillation - plafond avec des grosses tâches d'humdité, etc. impensable pour un hitel 4 étoiles de louer une telle pièce pour 130 euros -

Very close to the historic center and cathedral
L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont modernes et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner est suffisamment complet, plusieurs parking payants à proximité (prix spécial pour les clients de l'hôtel), très proche du centre historique et animé de Zaragoza et de sa magnifique cathédrale. Commodité des transports en face de l'hôtel.

The leisure centre was great. The swimming pool was clean, although the water could have been just slightly cooler. Happy hour in the bar Sunday to Thursday was a pleasantry, with £3 beers. The hotel is in a great location and close to lots of good value restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful.

We had a nice, spacious room and we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and the pool was lovely.

Perfectly functional and nice clean bedroom. On the down side, the hotel is looking tired and somewhat dated. The bar food in the evening wasn't very good and a little greasy

Would like a refund please, check in time was 4pm got our room no bother, got in no remote for tv so had to go down , he says he couldn't find the remote for the tv that was in our room , he had to speak to manger to change rooms waited nearly half an hour , moved rooms we got downgraded to single room which we had already payed for a standard double , we weren't happy so another half an wait for another room which was ok, just think absolutely disgrace the time we waited about, had a table booked for 5.30 for food which we had to cancel as didn't get sorted in to another room till 6pm,

Have stayed several tines and always a lovely stay the pool and spa are great rooms lovely but the beds uncomfortable and the whole place needs a bit of a revamp but wont stop us coming again for the location..peices are high considering you check in 4pm and have to leave at 10am

Car park was full had to park in a random street near the hotel and my car ended up scratched, and there was so much noise outside my window on the night and I couldn’t sleep

Overall the experience was good. The room I stayed in , sea view, was roomy with a super king & spacious bathroom. Bit disappointed in the restaurant which was only serving bar food, ended up with fish & chips which was nice but not what I was expecting, even had to eat in the bar. Breakfast was a ok but service a bit sparse. The pool looked amazing, didn’t get a chance to try it but passed it on the way to the gym.

Nice stay
Lovely stay, shame the restaurant was closed so much and we weren’t aware until we had already set off on our 4 hour journey. The bar ran out of things like Guinness but has a fab happy hour. Our room was lovely and clean

Birthday stay
Was a good day/Night stay shame check in isn’t till 4pm as would have used leisure facilities more. Rooms could do with a little update and windows cleaned also but overall very happy with stay. Booked 2 rooms and managed to get them next door to each other. Shame some of the drinks in bar were not on as well.

Having stayed at the grand many times over the last 6 years, I have never failed to be impressed with the hotel staff, the facilities, the eating options within walking distance of the hotel. The highlight of staying at the Grand is the waking in the morning to the views of the sea and the beach just across the road, a great way to start the day with a stroll along the promenade looking out to sea.
