Convenient setting and not expensive
The hotel has seen better days: it's a bit grubby in the corners and the fitments are ageing. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is quite good, but--strangely for an airport hotel--they don't start serving till 7.30. By 10.00 guests are meant to leave the hotel!

Un hôtel simple, pour pouvoir passer une nuit ou deux, par contre il y'as une mauvaise connexion wifi. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport de Newcastle, se qui vous façilite la tache.

Friendly helpful staff, drinks prices at bar and expensive , room was far too hot on arrival and still after leaving the window open.we all struggled with sleep. Food however was good and good value

La instalacion terrible. Nos vimos obligados a cancelar la estadia por la suciedad. Hablamos con el Manager y nos comento que hablaramos con ustedes para el reembolso. Hotel very tired and in need of maintenance. Lights not working in our room and very shabby. Young team of staff appeared to be overstretched. Food in the restaurant was awful-worst Sunday carvery I’ve ever had. Location ideal for easy access to the airport but Corporate Management need to invest money to bring it up to two/three star condition. It’s currently 0 star rating.

The floor was soaking but it was such a late checkin we just got into bed. But we could not walk on the carpet without putting our shoes on. This had not just happened as it smelt when we walked in.

This was so terrible and sketchy we left immediately and went across the street. Avoid this place! The elevators didn’t work, neither did the wifi. The room had wood blocks holding up the bed. It was a nightmare.

Cheap, scruffy but convenient
Bit of a dump and very run down but it’s cheap and very convenient for an early morning flight. We only live 20 miles but it’s much easier to stay here overnight and it only costs about £20 more when the car parking is taken into consideration

The room was clean but dated, especially the bathroom. The bed squeaked every time I moved and the mattress was not great. Everything worked and the price is OK so a major update would put the prices up. Very convenient for the airport.

I did not like the long hair in bath ,not too big a deal just i could not have bath before my flight as i will not take hair off bath reported it on departure and man was apolagetic , i have stayed many times and never had problem before

Check-in (22.30) was frosty just like the weather, we had to wait while she completed something in rear office then it was a case of Her - checking in? Me - Yes, by it's a bit cold tonight Her - Name Me - ****** Her - Sign here. Car Me - No (I'd have liked to have said Private Jet, but thought is was a waste of time) Her - Room *** lift's round the corner and she was off. Room was as always, clean and warm, bed not as comfortable as previous visits. There was a lot of background music until 01.30, not the best. Morning checkout was a different experience Him - checking out Me - yes Him - have a nice holiday, hope weather is better than here, away somewhere nice Me - Heading home and the weather was a lot better then here Him - Pleasant journey, thank you for staying. We will be staying again, it's convenient, warm, clean and good value.

This hotel serves its purpose
A one night stay prior to an early flight. Room was unbearably hot and the bed very uncomfortable. That said, it was also very cheap and less than a taxi would have been in the morning, so in that respect represented value for money.
