Nous nous excusons pour la situation de l’au chaude, c’est pas normale du tout, et on savais pas du problem dans la journée. Mil excuses pour ça. Le stockage de valises qui est fait par un robot sera prêt cette semaine, malheureusement on contrôle pas le mécanisme, et en cas de faillite on a pas qu’un service extérieur. Lalocalisation de l'hotel est fromidable, tres bien situee, a cote des tous les points d'actraction de NY. On n'a pas de frigo dans les chambres, mais on quelques'un a la demande.
