« The best parts of Grandma's cottage were the record player and records, the binder of 1993 Gourmet magazines (my favorite year), the very detailed labeling of everything in the kitchen which made preparing meals a breeze, the comfortable beds, the fact that it really felt like we had traveled back in time to Grandma's house AND the fact that it smelled fresh and clean and not fusty like some Grandma's houses. « We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The house is new construction and the A-frame adds some interesting architectural features. Appliances are new and everything is clean. Really had no complaints. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and the road to the house is not paved but was fine on the car, just need to drive slowly. « We really enjoyed the cabin, pond, and property grounds. The house was clean and not cluttered, which was a bonus when you’re with a toddler who will grab everything, so it was easy to “childproof” the home. The wifi was excellent and the home was well stocked although we brought lots of things with us just in case. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would gladly stay here again. »

« We loved the lake house and the location. It’s a big house with 3 stories, each story has a bedroom suite.. all necessities were there! Clean house, cozy! Kayaks were there for our use as well as lots of water toys.. what we lived the most is that it’s truly on the lake, with private access to the lake.. water is clean!! »

« If you like "LAKE LIFE" than this place is for you. My wife and I wanted to take our adult children, their spouses, our 4YR old granddaughter + 3 small dogs somewhere fun for our vacation and this place filled that request. « Escaped the city for a five star weekend. The house was fully equipped for preparing group meals, offering plenty of space to enjoy them together. StayBettr was perfectly communicative and provides a guide with everything you need to prepare for your stay. We relaxed in the hot tub and bonded over a private, virtual @journalingclasses session. Don’t forget to stop by Tilly’s diner (15min) drive away for a delicious breakfast or lunch with the most wonderful waitstaff. We hope to come back again! »

« Perfect location for our group who hadn’t seen each other in over a decade. Stayed at the house all weekend, cooking meals, sitting outside by the lake, and evenings by the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment which was great for our group. Property management was very responsive to questions and made check in/out a breeze. »

« I am going to echo a lot of what other reviews say. The property itself is great, fantastic sunsets, beautiful reservoir and overall great area. The house itself though just had a lot of little things. The pool table only has one stick that works, the pantry and one bedroom door doesn’t open right, the bathrooms had no hand towels in any of them, decking coming apart on the path ect.
