« It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

« Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food. »

« Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb. »
