Magnifique sejour
Le MANAGER ETAIT TRES COMPREHENSIBLE VU L'etat de ma mere qui necessite un soin special Mr Tolga moyennant un supplement tres correct nous a "up grate" vers une chambre VUE PANORAMIQUE SUR MER. Et cela a transformé notre séjour a un reve. De notre chambre maman (malade) assister aux animations très sympathique autour de la piscine et surtout aux soirees riches en varietees...buffet tres genereux,plage magnifique...à conseiller absolument. Je notterai cet hotel pour le confort et la beaute 5/5. Un peu loin du centre(17min) mais l'arrêt du bus est a 5min de marche.

This is an amazing hotel which is well worth the price. Food tastes good and service is excellent. All staff members go above and beyond to serve and help. Rooms were updated and clean. Beach is steps from the hotel and has nice sandy beach, warm,calm water. Food hall never got crowded and was spacious. Elevators had excellent views, highly recommend to take a trip to 5th floor for views (front elevators). Lobby was also nice serving drinks and some food all day.

We had an exceptional week. Our room wasn’t that big, but considering we only went up there to sleep, it was fine. The food in the restaurants, including a la carte, were awesome. The staff was beyond awesome. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Thanks to all the staff. Wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back!

Foods are limited and terrible, over rated online I'll give it 6 out 10 . I think it's OK for some people, i won't go back again. Customer service was good. Far from town, needed a car to get around.

A great location. Property is dated and definitely needs upgrades. Ex: the decor and the carpet in the room is like an apartment complex. Staffs are very nice. Service is very good. Quality is good also very good. From property perspective it’s barely 4-star.

Everything was great except the entertain team bother us on the table and kept asking questions. They mostly looking for girls since it is a family place. My girl friend wanted to leave the place. Other things were okay specially people at the bar so friendly.

When we first arrived got brought a mocktail before even checking in. Staff are so amazing and your never left with an empty glass. The animation team are brilliant at their job always getting everyone involved and making it a good atmosphere! Rooms are so open space and very clean. The house keepers are amazing and put petals on your bed and make love hearts out of towels. All round an amazing place to stay. Is everything you need on the resort.

Outstanding place with amazing staff who make the place extra special! All staff were extra caring, friendly, smiley and love their job! The food was very good with lots of varieties, the 24/7 bar is great place. The beach is nice And near by lovely walk to the hills with an amazing views. The Entertainemt team did an amazing job bringing 5 stars Entertainemt options to the hotel every night. You literally don’t need to leave the hotel as you won’t find better entertainment! Well done Hotel Aqua. We will definitely comeback again.

Wir haben 14 Tage im Aqua Hotel verbracht. Am meisten hat uns das überaus tolle Essen, das freundliche und sehr bemühte Personal und das wunderschöne Meer gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit des Putzpersonals im Zimmer und der Tische beim Essen, aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache :) Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Aqua Hotel und können es nur empfehlen, danke für alles !

Overall a good stay
The staff made this hotel. It’s not a 5 star standard that I have been to before, the decor is abit dated. The food was a bit repetitive but nice nonetheless, especially the desserts and baklava. The drinks were the best in a resort that I’ve ever had, really tasty.

A nice stay
Room was ok a very good service quality, and the hotel location was very good all bars , shops and supermarket only by walking distance , the only thing the hotel is a little noisy and suitable for kids and families

First time stay at the Aqua. Very pleased with our stay in every manner. Most of the staff were very attentive. I feel a little disappointed that they didnt understand some guests like English tea as per turkish tea. They assume every one drinks turkish tea. I feel to mention this as may be you can improve on this for future. Overall we have no compalints and will be coming back to Aqua again. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua from the very first minute to the very last minute, and the kids loved it. The location and food were great. Service was amazing, and the rooms are very clean. Thanks to Elvan and Funda (Reception), Vacit and Hussein (Restaurant) and Melike and Ahmet (Bar). We will come back next year!

Good location, food and holiday :-)
We stayed here for 3 days and throughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the private beach a lot. The food was good, with plenty of variety. Evening entertainment was a nice bonus too but the hotel is also in a good location so we went for a few walks in the evening. We liked being away from the busyness of Marmaris and felt very relaxed after our stay. I would have liked to stay maybe another night as it went by so quick!

Excellent hotel close to the beach and local surro
We found the hotel excellent value for money, the staff were friendly and very helpful, our rooms were very good, spacious and very clean. The food and hotel facilities were very good, overall and excellent weeks holiday.

BRILLIANT UNFORGETTABLE STAY
I would give Hotel Aqua 12 stars out of 10 if I could. My family and I had an amazing time and were treated so fantastically by every member of staff that we interacted with. We went for the all inclusive option and were very happy by the variety, quality and flexibility throughout the whole day. Have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and will be going back maybe later this year. I have travelled the world and stayed in many amazing hotels but the friendliness and willingness of staff to go that extra mile and make your stay special at Hotel Aqua is something extraordinary. Thank you especially to Ali (Waiter), a few waiters I cannot remember the name of, both guys on the beach, Olysia from children's entertainment team who was so wonderful with my daughter and Izzy who was fun. Ahmet also checked up on us and my experience at the Seafood A-La-Carte restaurant was something I will not forget.

Great hotel close to beach
Lovely clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Stone throw away from the beach and lovely food from all meals of the day. Would definitely go back for another holiday here. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.

October 2016 Hotel Aqua Ichmeler Turkey
The room was adequate! Clean and comfortable. Keep all you valuables locked in the safe. The staff are lovely always there to look after you, very helpful and eager to serve. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. The pool was extremely cold! The music played around the pool was very aged! Not suited for persons aged 50 or under. The hotel staff said that earlier in the year younger age groups stayed and the music was different! We went the first two weeks of October and the average age of the clientele was 70+, but if it is just a hotel room and food you want..... the hotel was great. No hassle from most of the staff, but the hair salon staff are a little annoying.

It's All True!!!
If you read previous reviews about this hotel you may think its too good to be true. Trust me. They are all true. I am going to keep this short and sweet. Every aspect of Hotel Aqua is Fantastic! Amazing! Wonderful! The only problem I had was that I did not stay long enough.

Amazing hotel and staff
Can't fault this hotel. Fantastic food with a wide variety to choose from. Very very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Entertainment is excellent the best in icmeler and I have stayed in many hotels in icmeler. Hard working and attentive staff. Hard working and very visible Manager who gets stuck in with staff which is wonderful to see in a hotel. Beautiful surroundings and nice places to sit and have drinks. Outstanding and definitely deserves the number one spot for best hotel in icmeler. Sensational will be booking for next year again.

5 star hotel at the heart of Icmeler fantastic location. Attentive friendly staff. Lovely food selection including waffles icecreams. I 'll definitely go back again.Entertainment good day and night not repetitive. Every night was different. I and my parents enjoyed 8 nights at Aqua hotel. Marmaris Turkey is close to all touristic places as well as rhodes.Turkey one of the best places to go in Summer you will never be disappointed

Excellent hotel, perfect getaway.
The hotel staff were amazing with our little one and really gave her lots of attention, they handed out cold flannels, bottled water and refreshing cocktails by the poolside which was a nice gesture, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the facilities were great. There are three separate places to eat and drink all included with our inclusive package, free towels, safelock, mini bar, kids club, great entertainment to name a few. The views are amazing and the hotel is right next to the beach. Great value for money. We will definitely be coming back next year. Paradise!!

Superb
Our previous visit was in 2010 when we thought that we had found our favourite hotel. That is still the case, although it is even better 5 years on. Improvements to the grounds mean newer restrooms, bars and eating places. The most significant change is in the staffing: an army of young people, all very well trained and polite, has made for an even better experience. Well done to the management for creating so many jobs and improving what was already the best in our book.

Hotel Aqua - unbelievably outstanding
From the moMent we arrived until the moment we left the staff at the Hotel Aqua made us feel like we were the only holidaymakers in the hotel & they did this for every man/woman & child lucky enough to be staying there. The professionalism of the staff was second to none, their command of our language excellent & all this in a friendly & happy manner. From the pool waiter to the lady handing out frozen face cloths in the 36 degree heat everyone was made to feel important & welcome. Thanks you all at Hotel Aqua

Everything you want!
Great fantastic. All types of food and drink and lots of it in and out of the restaurant. Breakfast - any and everything - desserts to die for. Everything close by - water taxis to Marmaris. Recommend boat trips to Turrunc! Bags galore but seek out quality - lots of snide bags but most shops similar and some better than others. Sauna and steam - free, Haggle for the pamper packages. Beautiful complex - cant fault it. A lot of older residents and families so hotel entertainment wasn't great but if you want all inclusive its perfect. For a 5 star hotel with so many English speaking residents - I expected more multi lingual staff. I had a couple of issues with room service and food on their menus. Reception and restaurant staff struggled. Reception sent me someone to fix my phone after trying to explain for an hour that Room Service sent me a chicken sandwich instead of a cheese one.!!! Also they couldn't understand some of their own menu in their Italian restaurant but we laughed about it. Staff great and very attentive. Rooms lovely and clean- towels and minibar refreshed daily. Mini bar - all free! Certain imported drinks like martell, etc. you have to pay for but everything else - FREE! Bring your own travel iron as they don't provide it. Great hotel - spoil yourself!
