« Emplacement absolument idéal à Malibu, appartement très confortable. Tout était parfait si ce n’est que dès que l’on regarde un peu plus en détail l’appartement n’est pas parfaitement entretenu (baignoire qui fonctionne à moitié, ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas, prises cassées, fenêtre qui ferme par un crochet improvisé...) Mais si nous devions revenir à malibu nous repasserions certainement par Malibu Beach Paradise Apartments pour le confort et l’emplacement! »

« Ramond and Sandy are fantastic hosts and have thought of everything. The apartment's location is ideal for exploring LA. « I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend. »

« Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though.
