« Our family had a trip for my son’s birthday to Universal Studios. The house was very close to the Amusement park. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. »

« This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra. »

« Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too. »

« Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. « Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-) »

Points négatifs : draps en microfibre, pas de vrai rideaux occultants, le bruit de la rue est épouvantable (et on l'entend trop bien), l'enseigne lumineuse clignote dans la chambre... »
