We are currently in the process of changing the heating system across the hotel and as we are transitioning from the old system to the new one, on some rare occasions heating might be problematic. I am very sorry to hear that, that issue affected your stay and I can assure that this issue will be fully resolved within the next few months, once the installation of our new system is fully completed. Due to our iconic and central location of our city centre hotel, external noise is out of our control, unfortunately. Every guest is eligible for a 1-hour complimentary access to the Rena Spa facilities, subject to their availability. Guaranteed time in the Spa is only secured if part of Spa packages. This is a service used by both external and hotel guests and its availability can be very limited on busy days, which is why it is available for 1 hour and only after you check in.
