The hotel is in a great location right in the city centre and with parking close by. The rooms we clean, with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Area is amazing and staff are lovely only thing I will say is the room is so hot and the air conditioning doesn’t work also the toilet is to high and the shower is so unsafe you dip in the middle and slip every time even with the tiles on the floor they are supper slippery especially with the towel matt on the floor

Cheap, dirty motel with deceptive business practices. We were charged £13.50 each for a lousy breakfast that was heavily implied to be free (given the free flow of people in and out, no employees in sight), otherwise we would have avoided. Not to mention, nowhere in the area is there a sign that indicates it’s not complementary? And only 15 min after we had sat down and eaten did a rude man come up and demand we pay for the breakfast. The whole thing really left a bad taste and guaranteed we’ll avoid this scummy place in the future.

Great location opposite the Royal Exchange/St Anne's Square, on the less-busy part of Cross Street between the Arndale/Market Street shopping and Albert Square/Town Hall. Everything from a Gregg's to Harvey Nichols (and tram interchanges) within a few minutes' walk. Very new/fresh/modern feel throughout with three fast lifts for 7 floors. Nothing tired or worn. Friendly, efficient and helpful reception and house-keeping staff. Well-designed/thought-out room, clean, compact rather than cramped and with good-quality amenities perfectly suited to it just being the base/where-you-sleep in a world-class city-centre like Manchester. Overall, genuinely good value for money, happy to recommend it and very likely to stay again on a similar trip.

Great location, lovely hotel only downsides are the room was absolutely freezing and noisy neighbours. We went down to reception twice to ask if we could have heating on as you’re not able to control thermostat, they said yes they’ll put it on in a few minutes but they never did - we gave up in the end as felt like we were nagging. Also very noisy neighbours so had very little sleep as all we could hear was shouting on the corridor all night and people being sick. Overall a lovely hotel just a shame about the other points.

I really like the Motel Ones in Manchester. This is my second stay (first one was in Piccadilly). Nice clean comfortable modern rooms, very good value, and I like the bar.

Great and convenient place to stay in Manchester. I stayed for one night. Check in was easy and front desk person was very nice and helpful. Room was a good size but it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The toilet still had the toilet brush on the toilet seat and there were some small but noticeable dark (maybe coffee?) stains in the bathroom sink. Best part about the stay was the location as it was right in the center of Manchester. It was convenient to walk to shops and restaurants.

Es ist ein zentral gelegenes Motel in mitten von Manchester. Ich muss anmerken, dass in der Umgebung ein Abendlicher Spaziergang auf eigene Gefahr läuft. Es kam aber auch häufig vor, dass vor der Zimmer Tür mehrfach Leute rum gebrüllt und die Türen geknallt wurden. Davon abgesehen hält das Hotel was es verspricht. Freundliches Personal und ein Top Funktionsfähiges Zimmer mit minimal aber absolut ausreichender Ausstattung.

Clean and quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable. Didn't see a hairdryer but we didn't need one during our stay. Right in the middle of town and a close walk to shopping and food places. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price we paid this hotel was above any expectation we had. It is a little gem in the centre of Manchester, and one that we will be returning to next time we are in the area.

Staff at front desk are very professional and lovely people. The entire hotel looks so expensive I couldn’t believe it was such a cheap price for how clean and well put together the hotel was. The room was spotless and smelt amazing also very comfortable beds and a very posh shower.
