« Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles...

« Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. »

« We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended. »

« We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the Fontana Room at Azul Mansion. We were able to park on-site and check-in was very easy. It was walking distance to everything: Smathers Beach, the Southernmost Point, and Mallory Square. The pool was nice, and the amenities were great: fresh, cold water always available; Kuerig and pods in the room; plenty of towels including pool towels. Only downside was the pool lights shown into the room at night so room darkening curtains would be good. We...

« Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week. »

« Condo was in a quiet location, clean, and sufficient size for our family. Pool and small beach area was perfect and chairs and umbrellas always available. Communication with the property manager was great! Clear directions on access and check out. We would stay at this location again. »

« Good place. 3 bed rooms all with Queen size beds. It was perfect for us. We sat on the porch mostly when we were there and played games. Not a long ride to Key West. Overall- we were happy and would stay there again. »

« We brought a boat with us. The protected bay is perfect with a marked channel (note it is a tight turn to get in during high winds with shallow spots). Plenty of room for a trailer. The view here is very peaceful and we loved sitting out on the break-wall. We all slept comfortable and appreciated that each room had their own AC unit for control. The restaurant that is walking distance had great food, drinks, and live music. Minor thing, but my group wanted it passed along that the toaster needs...
