Hôtel chic mais sympa. Je l’ai choisi car il était « VIP »... Les avantages VIP : 50% sur le parking (valet obligatoire) et 20$ de boissons au bar. On a eu un ticket de boisson de bienvenue mais un seul ticket pour 4 personnes... c’est un peu juste... Proche Universal Studio (moins de 10 min en voiture).

This hotel was pretty great! Very clean and staff is very kind. I went to universal studios and it was about a 10 min drive there. There’s a Vons across the street from the hotel which was very convenient if you forgot anything for your trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will be staying here next time I go to Burbank.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. When my kids played around with the safe, I called the concierge and they got someone to help me reset it within 15min. Continental breakfast offerings were good - bagels, jams, coffee and tea, fruit, mini muffins, yogurt, protein bars. Nice that there’s a Vons right across the street, too.

Last two times I reserved through Expedia they give you the worst located room rude at check in about it and they charge $40 for zero perk apparently it’s WiFi but I didn’t need the WiFi. The room ac this time and last was obnoxiously loud had to turn it off again very low quality upkeep

By way of an explanation the amenity fee covers daily valet parking and continental breakfast, complimentary bike rentals and more. I'll investigate the room in which you stayed to resolve the AC noise mentioned and do hope to see you again for a 5 Star experience. Should you prefer a different room location, we do our best to move all guests whenever possible.

Liked: stylish/ hotel lobby and rooms' design/ jacuzzi/ pool/ pool chairs/ walking distance grocery store and restaurants starbucks. Didn't like: only valet parking- no other options; if no car they will still charge you $40 night; iron table had 3 big grease stains, almost ruined my shirt. / bad sheets and mattress ok / bathtub not clean/ shower head had strong water jet and to harsh.

This property is safe and close to freeways. There are many food, cafes and grocery stores that you can walk to. That's important to me coming from NYC. I would definitely this boutique hotel.

We loved the location and availability of restaurants as Star Bucks is across the street and a local grocery store was in the same area making walking an option.The hotel was decorated for Christmas and new years and had some family areas in the small lobby. Staff were available to hold our luggage safely in the lobby, while we went on our excursions and wait for our transportation to the train station. We enjoyed the hotel and they were very accommodating to my down allergies.

The property was near the Warner Bros Lot and close to tons of cool restaurants in Burbank and Toluca Lake. The staff was great but the amenities were a little less than other hotels in the area. The included breakfast was mini pastries, bagels, tea and coffee. And the TV had limited channels and had no ability to stream/mirror from a phone.

Our BeyondTV provides extensive channels, subscription login for Netflix etc. along with streaming. I'm checking the room in which you stayed to ensure it's working properly.

We stayed 2 nights they didn’t change the towels I called costumer service if we can get a clean towels she said right away we waited until the next day no body came and gave us a clean towels.

All is good except that when we came back after the day at Universal Studio, the room didn't get house keeping done. Otherwise I would give a 5 stars for everything.

The Amarano is a great little boutique hotel. Its location is great for access to freeways. Physically it is a little tired, but it has an absolutely charming bar and restaurant just off the lobby with great food and that makes up for all its shortcomings in other areas!❤️
