The rooms are very clean and up to date. The walls are paper thin, you could hear snoring from the adjacent room and they had a dog that was barking, The building was well kept but the area around the facility had cigarette butts all along the outside of the building. People were not picking up their dogs droppings.

The first room they gave us everything was made up, but nothing was clean. The sheets had disgusting hair and dirt on them so they gave us a new room which had a filthy microwave. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. They allowed people to have their TVs and radios up really loud after hours 11 till 4 AM. Kids running around screaming banging couldn’t get any sleep. The front staff at the desk was very good though, but they couldn’t get the people to stop making noise.

The room SMELLED like cigarettes so powerfully. I wouldn't bother to leave a negative review if it was just a slight smell, but this was unreal. I will never stay at Extended Stay again after this. Beware.

The property isnso very dated. The hallways are not clean and i did not dare put my bare feet on carpet as I was not sure how clean the carpet was. The paints were peeling in the bathroom. Its strange that i had go and ask for shampoo and it was not provided by default. Otherwise the service person was helpful. The breakfast was a grab and go with minimal options.

Terrible facility. There were gnats not only in the reception area but also inside the rooms. The place smelled weird. The rooms have absolutely nothing other than towels and hand soap, even the one with kitchenet requires you to ask helpdesk for every single thing.

I checked in @8pm. Cassandra at the front desk checked me in. Very nice lady she was professional. She helped me whenever i needed something. 😌 She do not fit in with this company because the place "extended stay hoe hotel is nasty dirty and the furniture is dirty with nasty spots on the chair inside the room. The bed is to hard and loud. The phones don't work the bathroom sink was clogged up and the room was really dirty. I wonder do they have a housekeeper working there at all. #never again will i book a room from "Valencia extended stay" again!!!

The lady at the front desk was super super friendly and very very accommodating and nice she did her best that she could. This review has nothing to do with her. I reserved two double rooms, and there was only one available. They were over booked and had to spend a lot of time trying to accommodate our need for 4 beds. They ended up being able to but when I have a large family and booked ahead of time it was very disappointing not to have the rooms available once I arrived. The hotel itself is very run down and in need of massive renovations. Not very clean and it says they have breakfast. I wish I knew ahead of time that was instant oatmeal and coffee. We will not stay at extended stay again.

It’s in a good area and the staff was lovely, but terrible breakfast (bad coffee, granola bars and oatmeal packs, that’s it) the hotel overall seams abandoned, smelly hallways, dirty walls, dirty carpets, you definitely don’t get your money’s worth, I don’t usually complain about a one night stay but this is definitely not what I imagined.

Front desk staff was very good. Excellent check in. Then, we got to the room. Bed was clean and tidy, so we stayed. Walls were grimy, every fixture was in need of repair or needs to be replaced. The owner of this property puts zero into upkeep, and it shows. Windows could not be closed fully, causing the room to be cold. It was a one night stay on a road trip. Will skip this property next time.

The location is very nice. Stevenson Ranch is a beautiful area. The hotel is a different issue. The room is a good size. The carpet was full of huge dark stains and the room smelled badly. We couldn't even open the window. No shampoo and hairdryer in the room. Also somebody played music. The staff was promt to handle it after we complained. We asked for a different room because the terrible smell. They switched to a different room. It still had the smell, but we were able to open a bit the window. In the bathroom there was no counter top to put our stuff on. The paint was coning off the wall too. Finally we got one bottke of shampoo. The hallway on the third floor was totally dirty. Looked like dry mud all over.. We would not visit again. The stuff was polite dough.

This hotel is filthy. The exterior is in serious need of pressure washing. The windows, and doors had dirt prints all over. The lobby was dirty, trash on the floor, and the carpet has a bad odor. When I went into my room it smelled like cat/dog urine. Needless to say, I beelined it the front desk for a refund because I refused to stay there. While I was waiting at the front desk, this horse size Great Dane dog, ruined all over the lobby. Disgusting!!!

There was a weird smell throughout the hotel, it was quiet old, no ice machine, a full kitchen with nothing in it. And i was given a room with a Queen bed when I had reserved a King.
