“Hôtel très agréable et bien placé”

Cet hôtel a beaucoup de qualités. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux, je vous conseille entre autres le poudding et le cheescake. Personnel efficace, 3 ordinateurs dans le hall, restaurant agréable, et bien sûr une propreté de l'hôtel irréprochable.

“H10 London Waterloo”

Located a short walk from 3-4 tube stations on the South side of the Thames. Welcomed politely and with some complimentary fizz. The room and hotel in general was clean. As with many London hotels, higher floors are quiter (I was on the 11th which was fine and had a decent view). Good sized flat-screen TV and free wifi interned. Stayed room only, so unable to comment on food. Overall, would be a safe option for most visitors. Not memorable in any particular way, but above average and reasonably priced.

“Clean, comfortable but can't offer strong recommendation”

First, the positives: Relatively new hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, fairly well insulated from outside street noise, good location, decent restaurant. Second, the negatives: Wifi is enabled using overly restrictive system. Front Desk staff will generate and give you a single login credential (unless you ask for more) but typically this credential will only last for 3 days (my stay was 7 days). I had to ask for multiple login credentials over the course of my stay. I don't object to having to login with a unique identifier, but a little more care of the part of the Front Desk (asking how many devices I needed access for and creating credentials which lasted as long as my stay) would make this less annoying. My Expedia lodging included full breakfast each day but I was presented a bill on two separate occasions at the restaurant. I discussed this with the Front Desk on the first day and it was corrected, only to be presented with another bill the next day. The Front Desk corrected this one also, but (again) a bit more care on their part could have prevented this from happening. Over all, I had a positive experience but feel the Front Desk staff could use some more training which hopefully will correct these and other service issues.

“Quality stay in town!”

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, contemporary with friendly and efficient staff. Free access to the internet. Good bar, nice showers and comfy beds. A nice place to chill. Just what you need when you have been wandering around the sights all day.

Hotel was excellent, i haven't got any complaints, other than the parking is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but it won't stop me using it again

“Not fantastic...”

When we arrived, we initially had difficulty communicating some of our requests, as the English speaking ability of the staff was not great, simple requests to the concierge were ignored. When we got to our room, it was small, but acceptable, but there were great big black marks on the walls from someones suitcase, and the floor under the counter was littered with odd bits of crumpled paper and a thick layer of dust, would have been more understandable had the floor not been clearly visible from a normal standing position.

“Service inconsistent. Different answers from different employees”

They are striving for elite status, but the service falls short. The amenities are nice, but the employees are not sure what is going on. We received different answers from different front desk attendents. Asked twice to confirm information about breakfast. They told us it was included, then tried to charge us when we checked out. We explained the situation and they cancelled the charges. We signed for only a room service charge and now I found out they charged my credit card for the breakfasts. I am disputing the charges with MasterCard.

we picked this hotel as it's close to the Old Vic, also convenient for bus and tube links. we were very pleased with the hotel and would definitely use it again

“London's great deal”

The H10 Waterloo is a small, modern hotel a few blocks from the tube. It is in a neighborhood that is being renovated and has a very good value at the moment. I stayed there with my son and had an enjoyable time. I would recommend adding the breakfast ahead of time. It is delicious and a great deal if added at the time of booking.
