It’s a different type of hotel. I loved that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not like that the room had no windows and was thankful that I was only there for one night. It was also difficult to find because of it’s subtle and almost hidden location plus the fact that it has two addresses which was extremely confusing.I took an Uber there at 11:30 at night and it was a lot of back and forth between the driver and the front desk manager trying to direct the Uber driver. If I did not have a telephone number to call we would have never found the place. I ended up being dropped off down the street and had to walk the rest of the way with a lot of luggage but the manager was kind enough to come and meet me and help me with my luggage as the Uber driver could not spend anymore time trying to find this place. Room was extremely bare, just a bed and toilet and shower. No microwave, refrigerator, tea kettle or coffee maker, no iron and no tv. But I was grateful for a clean room and clean bed. They also charge to hold your luggage 15 pounds per item per day. For what I paid there are other hotels that charged the same price but had all the other basic amenities that this place lacked. Staff was very nice and friendly. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in for a few hours overnight it will do. Area seemed secure

If you are looking for a quiet, calming and convenient stay then THIS is the hotel for you! It smells wonderful, is extremely clean and comfortable-I slept like a log the night before London marathon and I never sleep straight through. Honestly, it is designed so simply, yet has everything you need for a stay in London. No TV, kettle etc so if you need those in your room, this ain’t the place for you. The same for if you want breakfast/dinner. Bring a hair dryer/travel iron if you need one as they don’t provide them. If you want to store your luggage it’s a £25 charge before 12:00 and £15 thereafter-wish I’d read the small print! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. If you need anything they will be sure to help you. A five minute walk from Greenwich station and close to the town and tourist spots and selection of restaurants. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay :)

I really like the concept and design of the room, however... £10 for a hair dryer PER DAY is ridiculous along with £15 for luggage storage (we aren't in central London) I also noted some dust in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and my shower drain was blocked so had to turn off the shower every 2 minutes to allow it to drain. I stayed by myself, I think 2 people in the room would be very cramped.

This is an exceptionally quiet hotel. The rooms are dark and quite perfect for rest and sleep. But be aware there are no windows on the rooms or tv’s.

Lovely stay. Although i had issues with my heating, the staff were quick to resolve these for me. Only challenge i have is being charged a tenner EACH time i want to use an iron. Not cool.

The Night manager Jose was a very helpful and friendly guy. The building is clean modern and the area is very easy to get to and from via bus service. Take the 188 to the center of London and start exploring.

Too old to sleep on the floor for me now!
I thought I knew what I was in for. But my experience of it was not what I thought. Firstly. The staff I met were all helpful, friendly and exemplary. The hotel and the room was clean and as described. I personally found the lack of windows more difficult to deal with then I imagined. And I think I’m too old now to sleep on a Mattress on the floor. It’s a long way up! If it really is a place to sleep it will be fine for you! I think I missed a chair and desk for ‘things’. Having everything on the floor was an inelegant experience! It meant I was less inclined to return to the accommodation to rest during the day. Huge amount of sockets which is a real bonus! Perhaps I’m just not Zen enough! Also having a Twix marked 70p and Minstrels marked £1.25p come up as £2.50 & £3.50 to buy in the machine was a little cheeky!

Nice hotel, a few niggles
Staff were welcoming and reception was nice. I didn’t realise that the rooms had no windows which I found a little claustrophobic. The room was generally clean but there was a few marks on the towels and the shower curtain was covered in what appeared to be make up… When I tried to check out there was no one there even though I was told there was someone there 24/7

Last time staying at Zedwell.
Frame of bed had stains, along with duvet. The bathroom floor was soaked after a shower, due to the shower curtain not being long enough, chat function did apparently not work, because no one replied to my message regarding a hairdryer, even though staff were in the reception? Also, the room we had was not soundproof, we did hear sounds from other rooms. Website also advertises with “rain shower” and our room did not have that. I’ve emailed the Hotel and they do not compensate or anything, which is unfortunate. I’d suggest spending your money on another hotel, rather than this.

Definitely not recommend! Only towels and body wash, shampoo available. Nothing else you need would be there. No kettle no teeth brush no slippers. If you need hair dryer you can BORROW from the front desk or they would charge you for a fee. If you want to check in your luggages there sorry £10. The room is extremely small! The photos on the website are lies. The stuff there were nice and friendly.
