The deposit was only blocked, hold as pending transaction, and once it got released , it will be added into your balance. Due to hotel policy, a pre-authorisation is to be taken upon arrival but should release within a certain number of days. The policy is available on our hotel websites as well as on all booking agents’ websites. The taking of a 50 deposit is our and many Hotels procedure and I am sorry if this was inconvenient, however this is common practice across the world.We would like the opportunity to host you again in the future.
