Hôtel avec des chambres suites très confortables permettant de se faire les petits déjeuners. Personnels efficaces. Rooftop avec une vue magnifique. Si possible demander une chambre en étage élevé car au premier on attend le métro.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel ! Nous étions 3 personnes et nous avions une Suite exécutive avec cuisine, c’était vraiment le top. La grandeur de la chambre exceptionnelle, une chambre 1 salon séparés par une cuisine ouverte. Lave vaisselle, lave-linge/séchant, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, cafetière, bouilloire avec café, thé, petites bouteilles d’eau, petits gâteaux ravitaillés tous les jours. Une propreté comme j’ai rarement vu. Literie super confortable(lit de 180). Grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Peignoirs et chaussons. Nous n’avions pas pris le petit-déjeuner mais un matin nous nous le sommes fait livrer en chambre, c’était extra, bacon, œufs brouillés, viennoiseries, pain,…..Il suffit d’accrocher une petite pancarte avant 3h du matin avec le choix du petit-déjeuner et l’heure du room-service souhaité. On a adoré l’idée. Si j’avais juste un petit point négatif à dire ce serait le couchage du canapé….parce que ça reste un canapé donc pas le confort d’un vrai lit. Quand à la localisation elle était parfaite, à 1 minute à pied du métro(station tower Hill) qui dessert toute la ville et à 3 minutes du London Bridge. Aéroport Heathrow-Station tower Hill en 1h c’est fait pour 6£. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. Un vrai bonheur. Bon ça a un coût mais franchement c’est tellement parfait qu’aucun regret !

Top !
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L hôtel est très propre moderne et le personnel très nombreux est accueillant. Il est très bien placé juste à côté du métro proche de London bridge. Se situe à côté d’une gare mais les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Au 7eme étage une terrasse sur le toit avec un bar magnifiquement aménagés avec une super vue. La chambre est spacieuse pour 4 avec machine nespresso café thé eau et cookies offerts. Côté cuisine table d appoint plutôt qu’une vrai table et un peu juste en vaisselle qui est plutôt prévue pour 2 mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner une seule fois car cher mais le buffet est sympa. Salle de sport à dispo bien aussi. Bref même si le tarif est un peu élevé (mais nous sommes à Londres) nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter

Great trip. The room was fully stocked and clean. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. I had to call around 10pm forcan extra wash cloth and it arrived within 15 minutes. Great service in the bar as well.

The hotel accommodations and staff were great! The hotel is perfectly located near the Tower of London and the underground station is a block away. But you need to plan ahead for the trip back to the airport if you have an early flight because taxis/Uber are not available at all time. I had to pay £100 pounds for a car reservation that I made at the lobby because my flight was at scheduled for 7:25am. I though that was very expensive. Also, overall, the Uber service around the area is not the greatest and I ended up canceling many Uber requests and taking the Tube instead because the waiting time was too long.

Stayed in their Executive Suites with king bed and pullout couch, overall stay was good with the exception of the bed. Both mattresses were “lumpy/bumpy”. My work colleagues had the same issues with their bed mattress. After a long day, would’ve liked to rest in a more comfortable bed.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. There is a subway station right outside your door. Great pubs close by. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spotless.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and great amenities like cookies, tea and cookies in the morning. The location couldn’t be beat - walking distance to the train, Tower of London, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern hotel on the inside while having preserved the old exterior. The room service was incredible and had many good 24/7 options. Our room was clean, cozy and extremely well equipped. Will definitely come back if I visit London again

I was quite happy with my stay at this property. The room was very well equipped, very spacious, had modern amenities, and had a nice view. All staff who I interacted with were extremely professional; the front desk personnel were particularly good - professional as well as friendly. Excellent location as well. The only negative (which stops an Excellent rating) is that you tend to hear furniture being moved in the room(s) upstairs - attributable to the hard wood flooring - which was disturbing at times.
