Super tiny room with practically no outside light. Super small bathroom, no place for the luggage.

Quite disappointed Service was bad, mostly didn’t answer the phone, didn’t feel appreciated, room still not clean after 2h, even after asked for it at reception, asked for water on last morning, never send it. Layout of the room, very not convenient with stairs in the front of the door, need to up and down, little stair to access bathroom. Pretty much average. Gold member but they Didn’t upgrade me as well.

Superbe hôtel, bien situé. Chambre confortable et calme. Excellent service …nous reviendrons ! Metro a quelques pas. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour à Londres.

Super chouette hotel! Tous proche du centre hyper bien située le staff est super sympa et très attentionner. Chambre cosy et confortable. Le déjeuner est le service en général sont incroyable. Un de mes meilleurs séjour à Londres !

The Mayfair Townhouse is a jewel. I took the smallest room and it was adorable and very comfortable and not at all cramped. Staff could not have been nicer. Easy access to the highlights of London. Loved, loved, loved it!

Lovely staff. Small but perfectly appointed rooms, very well situated. Only small gripe is cupboard space for clothes is too small for over two days

It was disappointing that an expensive hotel in Mayfair with room rates in excess of £500/night doesn’t keep the bar open after 11pm. The first evening I got back to the hotel at around 11:10, and waited in the bar while one of the staff spent 10 minutes chatting to two female customers having just served them and then came over to tell me that the bar was closed … but for me he could offer some bottled beer, but nothing else. The following evening was only marginally better in that they told me as I walked into the bar at 11:15 that no service was possible. Disappointed- and won’t be staying again in the future.

Property was nice. Concierge was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was cozy with nice touches throughout making the stay comfortable. Location was on a quiet street situated away from crowds but perfectly accessible to the areas you want to be in.

Loved our time here. Great location, great staff, great room. Fully recommend. Only tick against it is the leaky shower door, but I’m digging deep to find something to complain about - didn’t impact our happiness at all.

Given room in basement, with partial view of noisy alley and barely room for two bags and 2 people. Their interpretation of quirky was mine of dungeon. Good thing I paid extra for classic room, couldn’t imagine one worse. Manager, Ben, took care and provided nice room in daylight.
