La réceptioniste Reem a été vraiment super sympathique avec nous pour nous conseiller sur des restaurants et faire la réservation. Le moins, il faut redemander à chaque fois de l’eau dans la chambre…

Pratique pour des séjours courts.
Excellente localisation, très pratique pour des rendez-vous à Mayfair, St James ou Soho. Les chambres sont petites, peu de pression d'eau dans la douche et pas de prise de courant à coté du lit. Il n'y a pas non plus de gym dans l'hôtel.

Nice location but …
Perfect location. Very central. Nice room though nothing fancy. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment about it’s quality. The only negative point of the stay was the check out. An error was made on the amount of the laundry service. Not recorded clearly on their side, I was lucky to have in my possession the receipt of my order. Adjustment was done without much apologies of their error

Location, helpful staff, Ahmed was wonderful. Rugs could be replaced or a deep cleaning. Walls are thin and could hear the person next door sneezing. Area Construction was a bit annoying in the am.

The staff and service were top notch. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to shopping, restaurants, city center, etc. The junior suite was nice, however having to walk the final flight of stairs was off-putting and inconvenient, especially considering the cost of the suite. Also, the area around the property was loud, due to numerous construction efforts in close proximity. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others, just as it was recommended to me.

Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is older. This meant no outlets for technology such as USB for charging There was one outlet for the entire space over the desk. This meant using the hair dryer in the sleeping area and ironing in that same area. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels. Conveniently located near everything. There was construction near the building where we were located which started very early and was disruptive to sleep.
