Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Die Lage ist toll, viele schöne Gegenden kann man von Hotel aus zu Fuß erkunden. Das Interior ist geschmackvoll, die Einrichtung sehr wertig und es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren 1x im LAVO essen (tolle Pasta) und auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Service war hervorragend, hier möchten wir ganz besonders Bianca danken. Alle Wünsche wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I had a lovely stay while in London for work this week. The proximity to the tube was fantastic and it’s a great area for shopping, dining and exploring the city.

Had a wonderful stay at the BoTree . Very helpful staff attention to detail , great location . The restaurant was very good too . Would thoroughly recommend a stay here and hope to go back soon !

Unfortunately the service was a bit hit and miss. After we checked in and got taken to our floor we were then handed off to the what they call the "host" we took us to our room and showed us where things were. Not sure why (because we did not request it) but we were given an accessible room. Maybe they were fully booked that day but I feel you should reserve the accessible rooms for those that need it. I asked the host if breakfast was included in my rate but he wasn't sure and asked that I call to find this out. I understood the host was meant to know it all but for whatever reason mine did not. In the bathroom when I turned the tap on for whatever reason the water was coming out with a yellow tinge to it and I had to run it for a while before was clear. Upon check out you are hot with a compulsory service charge although at first it was explained as, if you liked the service than that's what it is for. But if the service isn't good, you still have to pay so that explanation didn't make sense. While the hotel decor is nice, I definitely think they still have a way to go on service from the doorman not greeting me to my host not being sure what was included in my room rate.
